Felix bit Mark's throat, tugging Mark's shirt up his stomach to slide his hand along the muscles he found. Mark inhaled slowly, trying to force himself to relax and enjoy it. It was difficult though when his gaze kept drifting over to Sean. Even Felix began to notice. Felix sat back on his lap, asking with concern. "You're so tense. What's wrong?" Mark ground his teeth for a second, then took a quick sip from his rum bottle, before answering gruffly. "Hard to get in the mood when he's glaring at me with daggers for eyes." Felix looked over Sean for a moment, his face expressionless. Afterward, he looked back at him to say softly. "Does it bother you that much? We've been watched before." Mark's expression turned cold, pointing to Felix and then away. A subtle hint for him to get off of him. Felix quickly got off him and Mark sat up, growling out sharply. "Brothel whores don't count Felix. I pay them to be there. He is a prisoner. Fleshy cargo."

Felix walked closer to Sean, touching Sean's shoulder to pull at the silk shirt he was wearing and commenting smugly. "You dress all your prisoners in the finest wool? You could have simply asked the crew for some worn rags if you wanted this man to feel like a prisoner." Mark snorted, taking another sip of his rum, before grumbling out. "I didn't want him to get sick. I know where a lot of this crew has been." Felix chuckled, stopping behind Sean and starting to rub his shoulders as he graciously purred out. "So, he's worth more than a brothel whore, but less than crew? Sounds expensive." Mark lifted his head to stare down Felix as he sternly snapped out. "What are you getting at, Felix? Stop trying to be so crypt and just spit it out." Felix leaned over Sean's shoulder, smiling at Sean's repulsed expression as he said simply. "Aren't you a little curious what being with a merman is like?" Mark rolled his eyes, only to lock his eyes on Sean with sudden panic.

Sean's eyes were starting to glow a bright blue and he was humming something low. Felix's smile faded, his eyes never looking away from Sean's. Felix's hand moved toward the rope binding Sean's hands, causing Mark to launch from his bed toward them. Felix only just got his hands on the rope, when Mark shoved Felix roughly to the floor. Felix rolled over like he was ready for a fight, but Mark had no intention on fighting Felix. Instead, he went to the source. Backhanding Sean so hard across the face that Sean yelped, hanging his head in pain. Felix grabbed Mark's shirt firmly for a brief second, then released him in shock. Mark stood at the ready in case this was an act. Felix took in where he was, asking Mark confused. "Mark? What just happened?" Mark stayed at the ready, merely answering in a serious voice. "Felix. Go wake Ethan and tell him to make a charm for every member of the crew. Now." Felix opened his mouth to say something, but Mark pointed to the door with a hardened expression.

Felix quickly gathered up his shirt, making his way to the door, when Mark added out more relaxed. "Felix..." Felix opened the door, before looking back at him. Mark stepped to his desk, snatching up a coin and flicking it to Felix. Felix caught it, shrugging with a look of perplexion. Mark waved him out, simply stating. "For your effort. Now leave us." Felix's expression lightened, giving him a slight nod before he left them. The door clicked shut and Mark's eyes drifted down to Sean, muttering out bitterly. "I'm curious. How far did you think that would get you?" Sean lifted his head, showing him the damage he had done. His metal ring had sliced Sean's lip. Sean's blue eyes were as cold as ice as he hissed back through clenched teeth. "You gave me the idea. So, I thought it was fitting to try it." Mark set his rum bottle down on his desk, telling him in a dark voice. "You'll live to regret that. Tempting my wraith... You don't know who you are dealing with."

Mark stepped closer, than stopped at the sight of Sean's blood stained smile. Sean chuckled lightly, retorting boldly. "Funny. I was just about to say the same thing." Sean kicked out at Mark's stomach, causing the chair to slide across the floor as the ship listed in his favor. Mark gasped for air as Sean used his own cutlass to cut the thin rope free. Mark jumped back toward his desk to grab his pistol, while Sean yanked the cutlass completely free from its sheath. Mark's fingers were inches from the pistol, when Sean moved in to bring the sword down on his arm. Mark yanked his hand back just in time for the sword to hit the desk, then kicked Sean's hip. Sean toppled to the ground as the ship listed again. Mark lunged over his desk for his pistol, but it fell off the desk and landed by Sean. Sean quickly snatched it up, aiming it toward Mark. Mark rolled over his desk to roughly land on the other side, yanking another pistol from its holster under the desk.
