The next day

Alex

I awoke the next morning wrapped in Norman's arms after another night of well I wishing it was making love but this isn't love, it's just great sex I swear we are amazing together I've never been with anyone like him, he's so beautiful even if he does smoke that's the only thing I dislike but he is trying or wants to quit. I go to get up and as I move Norman hugs me tighter.

"Don't leave girl. I need you." I then heard him snore it's cute he talks in his sleep, as he hugs me even tighter.

"Babe I need to pee."

"Hmmm getting kinky huh. Okay you are lucky I don't want to let you go." He kisses me I wish he meant that, but he doesn't I'm just sex that is all. "Alex we better get a move on as I have a friend coming by and she was going to take you out and show you around the city, she is really nice." I looked at the time it was nine. "Come on babe let's shower and we'll be ready when Olivia comes over." We climb out of bed and walk into the bathroom.

"So, how do you know her?"

"Oh no I haven't slept with her, she's not my type."

"You don't really have a type."

"I should say she's not straight hence why she's not my type. But I've never been too greedy I do like a good ass and you babe you have a very nice ass." To prove a point, he grabs my ass and turns me around, rubbing the soap against my skin and then washed my hair. I got dressed in jeans and a nice top, I wonder if I can go shopping for some more underwear I definitely need some nighties, so I can just lounge around in. Norman and I were making breakfast I'm surprised when he says that he is a horrible cook, I mean he's cooked omelets which were delicious and breakfast today is bacon and tomato frittata and french toast, and they were really good, he is going to make me so fat. There was a knock at the door and Norman went to answer it.

"Hi Olivia thanks for coming. Olivia this is my friend Alexandra. Alex Olivia."

"So Alex, Norman was telling me this is your first time in New York. Any idea what you would like to do?"

"Well I'd like to get my bearings, I need some type of sleepwear."

"So okay that sounds like fun. Norman will you be okay if I take your friend away?"

"Yeah I have things to do. I'm going to walk you two downstairs I need to check on the mail."

"You know if you ever want someone to go through you're mail I'm really anal on sorting things."

"Sounds good." We entered the elevator I wanted this woman to like me as I kept a respectful distance from Norman and we parted ways in the lobby, he kissed both of us I gave him my cheek. As Olivia and I headed out to explore the city.

Norman

I left the apartment with Alex and Olivia, I went to lobby, said goodbye to the girls, kissed Olivia goodbye and went to kiss Alex but she didn't want me to kiss her and gave me her cheek. I wonder what she's doing and hope she tells me. I collect the mail, the doorman Larry told me I had some parcels why am I not surprised by that as he goes to get it and as he brings them out I see a box from Amazon and I hoped it was what I recently ordered, I ordered copies of Alex's books, Larry offers to help me but it's not a lot. I go back to my apartment and drop the mail off, and I take the Amazon box and sit it on the coffee table, opening it I pull out two books, Always There and Two Of A Kind.

I picked up Always There and started reading a couple of hours later I had to stop reading the story it is a beautiful story of a couple of star crossed lovers. I had to find a tissue I had started crying the hero of the story tried to save the heroine from marrying the wrong person but he couldn't and she did, I don't want Alex to know it made me cry but it's so good. I came back into the lounge there was a knock on the door and I opened it expecting Alex as she doesn't have a key but it's the person I least expect.
