Third person POV

The entire kingdom was searching for their missing prince. He had disappeared!

The king sighed as he sat in his throne. His wife was in the one to his right. His son should be in the one to his left.

The queen had been crying since she heard her son had run away from home. She still was in tears now.

"I don't get it! He never showed any sign of wanting to leave before!" The king threw his hands up in exasperation. He had run out of ideas on why his son disappeared like this.

At that moment a tracker that had been searching for the lost prince burst through the door, exciting the king and queen.

"Have you gotten anything?" The king asked.

The tracker took a moment to breathe before beginning, "Possibly. Does your son have a friend named Zayn Malik?"

The king stiffened.

"Yes, why?" The king asked a bit harsh.

The king never really liked Zayn, thinking he was a bad influence on his son.

"Zayn went missing the same day Niall did and we found a trail where Zayn had been!" The tracker told the king with excitement.

The tracker knew he would be rewarded greatly for this.

"Where does it lead?" The king continued questioning the eager tracker.

"Well that's the uh, interesting part," The tracker looked to the ground not seeming too excited now.

"Go on," The king urged impatiently.

Even though he didn't look it, the king was very worried for his son.

"The trail leads to an opening in the dome," The tracker said.

The king remained silent as he thought it over.

Why would Niall go in the dome? Was the dome's protection over the humans fading?

"Has anyone tried to go into the dome beside Niall and Zayn?"

"I actually tried to see if it was possible to go through but that was it," The tracker's tail flicked behind him nervously.

The king's own tail swayed behind him anxiously.

"I will have to see this myself." The king decided, "We will go in one week so I have time to prepare. Do not tell anybody about this."

The tracker nodded awaiting his reward.

"You will only be rewarded if my son is found. Now go," The king hissed at the greedy hybrid in front of him.

The tracker took off in fear of getting the king angry.

The queen stayed silent throughout the entire encounter. She had, however, stopped crying.

The king walked over to one of the windows.

He looked down upon his hybrid kingdom, hoping his son was okay.

Any human who has even made eye contact with Niall was going to deeply regret it.
