Before - Tom Riddle Love Story

Chapter Four - The Forbidden Forest

i slowly sat up, all of my roommates where asleep, i snuck out of my bed and grabbed my backpack from underneath my bed, and tiptoed out of the dorms and common room and and walked down the staircase that lead, towards the castle doors i tired pulling on the doors butt they wouldn't open. suddenly i heard footsteps in the distance.

i quickly ducked behind one of the pillars, "are you serious Tom..." the voices up ahead said as i backed up closer towards the wall, "yes I'm sure i checked...." i heard toms voice say, then i didn't hear anything after that, so i quickly moved my head trying to see what was going on and i was shocked at the sight in front of me tom was with another girl and they where snogging, i pulled up my nose in disgust. i turned towards the door once more.

"alohamora" i whispered as the  door swung open and i began to run outside in search of Jacob, i tried to push what i just saw out of my mind. and found Jacob leaning against the tree, clutching his stomach, sweat was dripping down his forehead and arms "sierra you came..." he said panting as i nodded my head and took him by his hand. " of course i came i told you i would now come on.." i said as i found a strong tree and began to wrap chains around him "are you sure about this?"  i asked as he nodded his head , father said this would work , but i wasn't sure Jacob understood him properly. i began to think to myself as i opened my bag pulled out a bottle of wolfspane that had been soaked in water and looked at Jacob he was getting worse, "throw the bottle on me and then run to safety " Jacob said as i shook my head "Jake i don't think you understood what dad said throwing his on you isn't gonna help you its just going to..." but i didn't get to Finnish my sentence Jacob had grabbed the bottle from my hand opened it and threw it all over himself.

"make you angry..." i said as Jacob started shouting looking at me with a rage in his eyes, breathing in heavily his chains slowly beginning to break link by link. the last word coming out of his mouth was run followed by a loud howl as the last link broke.

i quickly turned and started running, as I heard his footsteps catching up with me, I could feel his breathe against the back of my neck, making each and every one of my hairs stand up. I began to see the edge of the forest coming into my sight, I remember reading in my history of Hogwarts book, that there was a barrier on the forest that kept all the creatures inside at night  so if I crossed the front of the forest I would be safe. I thought as I began to pick up my pace and ran faster towards the barrier. My left foot had just stepped onto the barrier when suddenly, I felt a sharp pain in my arm as I fell to the ground. I sat up and looked at Jacob, but he wasn't Jacob anymore or at least until morning he growled at me one last time before howling loudly and turning away. 

I sat up and looked at my arm, three long large claw marks where running across my arm, I was slowly starting to feel light headed. I ran towards the castle clutching my arm as I pushed open the door. I mumbled to myself about the pain, when suddenly leaning against  
One of the pillars a figure emerged from the darkness, I'd recognized his brown eyes and wavy brown hair anywhere.

"What are you doing out of bed Smith?" He questioned as I rolled my eyes "Its Greyback Now Riddle...." I said causing him to smirk. "Of course Sierra " he said stepping closer towards me. "I could be asking u the same question, why are you out of bed Riddle?" I asked as Hus face went hard and turned cold.

"I don't see how that is your concern Stupid Girl..." Tom Said as I pushed past him and he grabbed me by my arm causing me to flinch in pain. "You're bleeding why?" He asked studying my wound, as I quickly pulled my arm back. Before he could see that the wound was actually a scratch mark.

"I don't see how that's your concern Riddle" I said turning away from him as I walked up the stairs towards the Tower, I snuck into the dorm and slowly climbed back Into bed. I had left my backpack with Jakes clothes In the backpack and I hope he would find it and that he would be fine I began to think before the pain on my arm finally made my eyes close causing me to to drift into a deep sleep.
