The House

As like before, the inside of the rotting house is exactly the same as Oliver's real house. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are all a spitting image. Everything is in its exact place.
Alex walks into the living room and flips on the television to static with the volume turned up.
"What are you doing?" Oliver asks, stepping up beside her.

"I'm making it just like it was when we got sucked into this place." Alex replies. She then proceeds to turn off the lights and replace their light with a small flashlight.

They both take a seat on the soft couch. Alex leans onto Oliver's shoulder and he puts a warm arm around her shoulders. Outside, the rain begins to pour and little droplets splash against the window pane. Alex sighs and closes her eyes, listening to the soft thuds of Oliver's heart.

"Everything will be alright..." Oliver murmurs to her. As soon as he says this, thunder cracks, causing the two of them to jump. At this point the television switches off, leaving the flashlight as their only light source.
"Hurry we need to find those boxes!" Alex says, jumping up off of the couch.
The walls begin to drip crimson as they shuffle blindly around the living room, slipping on the sticky floor. Alex jerks the flashlight around sending the bright light every which way.
"Hold the light still!  You're giving me a headache." Oliver shields his eyes from the light and opens the closet door. "Shine the light in." He says.
Alex does as she is told and shines the light into the closet, illuminating three boxes. Two black ones and one covered in a sticky substance. The same ones that had sucked them into this hellish place.

They drag the boxes out of the closet and line them up on the floor in front of the couch.
"How did we even get sucked into these things?" Alex asks.

Oliver doesn't reply. He just stares intently at the box. "Oliver?" Alex puts a hand on his shoulder. "Are you ok?"

Instead of replying, he moves in front of the middle box stained red. He intently stares at it, not saying a single word.

"Oliver? Are you ok?" Alex repeats with worry. "Can you hear me?"

He slowly turns his head to look at her, and what she sees causes her to scream and jump back. Oliver's eyes are jet black and emotionless. His skin has become pale, and his pale blue lips are set in a solemn frown.
"Alex..." He murmurs in a calm, inhuman voice. It's almost a whisper. "Alex... You must go home. You must open your eyes."

Alex takes a frightened step back begins to cry. "I don't know what you mean! What the hell is going on!?" She screams. "What happened to you?!"

At this moment, Oliver lunges toward her, grabbing her arms and picking her up, swinging her frail body over his shoulder. He holds her over the red stained box as she kicks and screams.
"Your family is waiting..." He murmurs into her ear and he lets go of her.
Gravity pulls her down and she is falling into the darkness...
Falling...
         Falling...
And everything fades to black.
