Chapter 1: The Invitation Pt.1

Lloyd's POV

I was peering through the bushes look at an Evil Nindroid I quickly moved out of the bushes and made my way to the trees. I saw that I alerted a Nindroid and pulled one to the ground then swung through the trees and knocked down Nindroid then went to the ground to knock the rest of them down I took two more down and thought "Ha! They never knew what hit em." Took down 4 with my ninja stars and one with my fist. Then grabbed one with a gun from behind and pulled him to the ground. I barrel rolled through the air and I kicked one in the face and knocked them to the ground landing on his body. Not more than a minute later I found myself in a rock hallway with laser trip wires and quickly made my way through them. But when I got to the other side started get fired at by the Nindroids I avoided all their shots then shot them with one of my Green Ninja Energy Balls which knocked all the Nindroids down. Then I turned around and saw more Nindroid coming at then I said "Ninja Go!" and did Spinjitzu which knocked them all down. After that I started running mainly because a giant boulder way going to run me over if I didn't. I saw a hole and slid down it next thing I know I had hanging with a rope around my belly. I saw the pedestal with the a hologram with the Overlords Golden armor on it. I tried to swing out and grab it but the hologram disappeared before I could touch it and fell defeated. Well as close as you can fall defeated when your hanging by a rope.

"You got closer than I though you would. But then again I didn't think you would be so rough on my Security Droids." Borg said looking over at a pile of destroyed Nindroids.

"I agree with Borg you made it really far. Heck I didn't even make it that far! You should be proud of yourself Brother!" My sister Lily said nudging me.

"If I can't steal the Golden Armor. I be surprised if anyone else could. It's secure but where's the real one?" I questioned Borg.

Borg replies "Some secrets are best not told."

"Lloyd, Lily where are the other 5? I asked for all of you to be part in this test." Sensei Wu asks turning to me and Lily.

"They all really wanted to be here Sensei but they where all busy with their own plans." My sister Lily replied.

"I understand perfectly well, the lost of Zane has affected us all. I haven't heard from my assistant Pixel since his memorial. It's heartbreaking." Borg said sadly.

"If we dwell to much one what's missing we fail to see what can be gained. The absence of Zane will either tear you 7 apart or bring you closer together. The choice is yours." Sensei Wu said.

"We'll do what we can. It won't be easy." Me and Lily said together.

"The greatest lessons never are." Sensei Wu said.

If your wondering where I got "The 7 of you" from instead of it being "The 4 of you" I added in my Two Ninjago OCs and Galaxycookie421 's OC since this a collab with her and they are part of the Ninjas Team. Alyssa (Master of Darkness), Blake (Master of Teleportation), Lily Garmadon (Master of Nature) she replaces Bolobo Becker in this story so he won't be here. Now back with the story!

Jay's POV

I was walking out onto the stage of the gameshow I worked at and into the spotlight. I laughed and said "I'm Jay Ninjago's most lovable Ninja. Here before the Gauntlet of Humility. To see who will be Ninjago's next hero. And who's dreams will be gone in a flash." I finished throwing my Microphone and using my lighting powers to boost myself into the air then flying over the audience and over to the platform the contest was standing on. "I'm here with Kathy tireless mother of four, pillar of the PTA and returning contestant. Tell me Kathy after being humbled by the gauntlet the first time. What makes you think this time will be any different?"
