Chapter 3: The Invitation Pt. 3

Jay's POV

"Fortune Cookies. Very Peculiar." I said picking it up.

"Should we?" Lily asked. Cole grabbed one and just stuffed it in his mouth. Me and everyone else besides Cole looked at him in disgust. I was about to say something but Alyssa said it before me "Umm... You do realize there's a fortune inside, right?" Alyssa finished demonstrating.

"Oh so that's why they're called that." Cold said putting his hand on his hips. I saw Lily face palm.

"Hey guys Listen to this." I heard Lloyd say before he continued on "Master Chen has personally invited the Seven Ninja to participate in his Tournament of Elements"

"What a minute! So your saying that Mr.Chen, the same guy filling my belly with delicious noodle goodness, is actually Master Chen?" Cole and Alyssa finished together.

"Secrecy is of the Utmost importance. Tell no one, or suffer the consequences." Kai said next.

"If you ever want to see your friend again, meet in the pier at midnight tommorrow and leave your weapons behind." I continued. Lily read hers next "I can't wait to meet all 7 of the Spinjitzu masters in person."

"And I can't wait to meet the First Elemental Masters of Darkness and Teleportation." Alyssa finished. Before all of the strips of paper vanished. And Cole jumping up and saying "At least I know I was invited." Everyone started to laugh at that moment.

"But what do we tell Blake I mean he said to tell know one but it said on mine that "I can't wait to meet the First Elemental Master of Darkness and Teleportation. So do we tell him or not?" Alyssa asked.

"I'm sure Blake will find out." Lloyd said calmly. "But you guys don't think it's a trap though?"

"I don't care if it might be a trap it's a chance to get Zane back and I'm taking it." Alyssa said "Anyone that is with me come over here." Everyone walked over and placed there hands in the middle and we all shout "1, 2, 3, Ninja!"

Blake's POV

I had just walked into the Dojo and stormed upstairs to my room that Sensei Garmadon and Miskao have been letting me stay in. When I got in my room I saw that there was a little shine like thing on my desk with a picture of Zane with some writing on it. And it was being held into the wall by a dagger. I said out loud "Well that's just great how am I going to explain this to Garmadon." I said pulling the dagger out of the wall letting the paper fall on top of the bowl with a fortune cookie in it. I took a closer look at the paper and it had a picture of Zane on it. I read what it said out loud "The First Elemental Master of Teleportation, I have an informing you that your Nindroid Teammate Zane is alive. You may be able to get him back if you come to The Tournament of the Elementals." I was shocked at what this said. It said Zane was alive!!! He was the only reason everyone treated me as an adult not like a 5 year old. I'm going to this Tournament of Elements whatever it may include. I saw the Fortune Cookie and cracked it open grabbing the fortune and reading it aloud once again. "Tell no one about this or suffer the consequences." Then it vanished into thin air. I heard someone open my door. I turned around to see Lloyd at the door and he asked "Hey Blake is it okay that I come in?"

I responded "Sure I don't see why not." Lloyd walked in and asked "So did you get a paper saying about the..." I cut him off and finished "The Tournament of Elementals. Yeah I got it and I'm going."
