"She's late, have any of you seen her."
He asked the rest of the knights but none of them answered as they knelt in front of him
"Where the hell is she!"
Master Ren walked back and forth across the room madly annoyed that you weren't on time. You were always 15 minutes early to the sessions and greeted Ren as he walked in 10 minutes before training. Sometimes he even got in a few minutes of training you alone which was always intense. The rest of the knights would be lying if they said they didn't know you were one of his favorites. He often used you in example sparing and even has had you fight some of Snoke's guards beforehand.

Kylo was preparing to start without you as the doors burst open, Ren's head shot up but growled under his mask to the sight. Obviously it wasn't you, it was none other than General Hux himself the red headed idiot as Ren liked to call him.
"Your signature on this charter," he said in the most monotonous voice every imagined.
"None of you have seen her," Ren exclaimed to the air as he stood there pen in hand. They shook there heads no.
"Who," Hux intervened.
"Y/F/N," he breathed heavily through the mask.
Hux snatched the paper and pen from him, he turned heading towards the doors.
"She's in medical," he retorted as the doors closed behind him. Ren looked down towards the ground searching for your thoughts normally they were easy for him to find. You were a very level headed person and he often found your thoughts to be precise and decisive but he couldn't sense them at all.

One of the Pretorian guards walked to the another and started whispering to another. Ren thought that as rather odd and assumed they had something to do with it.
"Begin sparing each other I will return," Ren said as he was already stomping towards the doors. He took off with large strides as people made a path for him quite easily. He was relieved he had the mask on because if he didn't you would see his frustration on every inch of his face.
He walked until he was standing in front of the receptionist, "who is it you're looking for Commander Ren?"
"Y/F/N," he commanded as he cleared his throat.
"She's in room 409, sir," he nodded and turned walking towards your room, he could sense your presence was wavering since he was near you now. He finally found your room standing in front of the door frozen afraid to see what had become of you after those guards had fought you. He hadn't noticed a doctor that was approaching him, "excuse me sir," he said as he placed your chart in the holder next to your door. The doctor noticed Ren facing him feeling that he should say something, "Surgery was successful she'll be healed with time," he reassured smiling and then turning to a new patient.

Ren finally found the courage to twist the door knob walking in silently. He found himself standing above you looking down at your torn shirt sleeve and the hole in your pants in the middle of your right thigh. His jaw was so tight that he could of broken his teeth. He shut the door behind him and pulled up the chair next to you. After looking at all of the needles hooked into you, he placed his leather hand on top of yours lightly. But you wouldn't ever know because you were unconscious. He sat there grasping your hand for 3 hours. His eyes never left your face the entire time.

What the hell its so bright in here
Kylo's posture straightened up as he heard some of your thoughts. He got up turning off half of the lights leaving on only the dimmest ones.
"Better?"
You opened your eyes slowly glancing to your right where Master Ren sat next to you. You smiled lightly as you closed your eyes again. Kylo leaned in closer sitting on the edge of his seat.
"I want to ask you a few things but you don't have to talk, just think clearly for me alright," you nodded lightly as you swallowed.
"Who brought you here?"
I walked
That made him angry they fought you and didn't care to see your condition.
"When did this happen,"
Last night
"Who were you fighting?"
You opened your eyes keeping your mind clear of all thoughts. Ren furrowed his brows as to your reaction. You looked over at him,
Master Ren it's in the past, let it go, the damage has already been done so leave it be.
He stood up walking over towards the door. Once he reached it he turned the lock so that no one could come in. Turning to face you he reached up to his head releasing the mask from his head. You looked over at him, you had only seen him without his mask once before.
"Let me ask you again, who were you fighting?"
You shook your head no. He dropped the helmet on the ground and you looked down at it. He pulled his chair to the end of your bed so that you were facing one another now. You looked at him a little confusingly.
"You were fighting a Praetorian Guard weren't you," you furrowed your brows looking down towards your lap and that was not the reaction he expected out of you.
"Which one?"
I don't know
"Which weapon did he have,"
I don't know
As a tear rolled down your cheek.
I wasn't fast enough it's my own fault I didn't expect them to keep going after I blocked all the shots, I was going to take a break but they said the best don't take breaks.
He widened his eyes at your thoughts he had just witnessed.
"They," you looked up at him you knew you thought too much. Your eyes were terrified at the thought of Ren knowing about the fight.
"You fought more than one," he said sternly.
No
He didn't believe that thought and kept speaking "Two," he waited "three," he paused "all of them," he said deeply as you finally made eye contact with him. You closed your eyes not wanting to reply anymore.
"Do you know why I was training you with them," but you kept your eyes closed and didn't respond at all.
"When I become the successor of the order I want you to replace them," you opened your eyes to his sudden honesty with you.
You'd trust me with your life
"Would you," you were speechless/thoughtless to his reply.
He stood up pulling his chair up next to you again.
"From now you won't be training with them you will only train with me privately."
"Yes Master Ren," you finally spoke up and his head shot towards your lips noticing that your soft voice had returned. He picked up his mask walking towards the door, "I do trust you with my life y/n and I hope one day you'll trust me with yours," he said as he unlocked the door putting his helmet back on and leaving to have a word with the Praetorians.
