Another 24-hours had come and ended. All was normal in Auradon and the entire dwellers for students transversed towards their relevant classes. Tip-Tapping of feet scuttled on the soft terrain. The animated chatter escalated to sententious levels. Most of the chitchat was concerned on an event bound to occur soon. It was another tradition held in the land of Auradon and the students wielded unanimous excitement for the celebration to arrive.
The news was obscured to one villainous teen. Not that he cared to find out. His indifference to Auradon still remained. Just not as whole as it was before.
Michael sat on his chair as the current lone incumbent in the Remedial Goodness classroom, settling on the middle meridian. His arms laid on the wooden surface with interlaced hands. He looked a little unease.
Remedial Goodness is the first class I have with my friends. We always rambled to this lesson as a whole.
The realism of the fact weakened his familiar warmness and allowed the melancholic air to dominate. It roared the subtleness at his ear. His face lowered to the surface of the desk. The loneliness felt almost alien to him.
Kinda weird to be alone like this. But I had to avoid Evie. I didn't wanna see her until I felt comfortable and confident enough to explain the situation. But now was not the time. So I rolled out of bed beforehand to evade meeting her.
The nod confirmed the intention of his actions. The affirmative relief flickering in his chest still kindled within. But the death of the belief was brisk as the bitter coldness returned with retribution.
But still... kinda weird to be all alone like this...
A frown came on his face. It felt a little melancholic to be alone. Not that he was scared. But more that it was weird to have no one else around. Not one of his comrades to assure their safeness. The silence felt forceful and rebarbative.
Michael swiveled around the vacuous classroom for any hint of verbal disturbance. Modest relief ran in his chest when he found none. But this is for a little time. It's not forever. At least until I'm ready to face Evie. So far so good...
The sudden swift of the classroom door rattled the blackout. His eyes widened from the sound. His face would have almost slammed to the desk. The universe must have loved to mess with him. Create those miserable storms and rain showers over his head as who else came in. Whatever their warm chitchat was came to a halt when the teens discovered their absent member. The four twosome eyes illuminated as the villainous adolescents found their comrade.
But Michael did not feel the same warmness for once. The sole hint of an infuriate thunder dwelled in his throat. The irritated teen felt a mental wonk to his forehead that stated his inflammation. It failed to numb off his exacerbation. Quite hilariously at that.
Seriously?! He clenched his teeth in discontent. His fists almost wanted to slam on the table. A wave of obscenities rushed within his head. I was literally trying to avoid this!! Why?! Why does the universe always taunt me?!!
All the more worst was that there was no method for escape. Plus his sudden commitment for class was another conundrum he had not solved at recent times. So his initial irritation was shoved into the drawer as much as it can store. A brisk breath of air and Michael reestablished his calm demeanor to avert incertitude. His sentiments from recent times were conserved for the moment.
