Seeing color is uncommon for Tyler Joseph. Only when he was born did a flash of color emit but growing up, black, white, and grey did Tyler only see.

By the age of ten, Tyler learned that the only way to see color was the find your soulmate or the person that's attached to you mentally. Tyler wasn't really focused on finding that certain someone, reckon he was only ten and only cared about basketball.

By the age of sixteen, Tyler still wasn't focused on finding his soulmate. He focused most of his attention on basketball since he was the team captain and didn't really have time to worry about it.

But, by the age of eighteen, graduating, AND moving to another country, did Tyler worry. What if he left his soulmate back in America? What if he won't be able to find them? What if he was to walk the earth alone until he died? Tyler hoped that he didn't make a huge mistake but, he was about to find out.

"Dude, I think I'm going blind."

Tyler woke up like any other day in his small apartment in Winchester, England, but something was off. Can you guess what it is?

Yep: Tyler can see color.

But it wasn't just any color.

It was red.

Tyler was completely fascinating with the color from the start but then it hit him. How can he see color? And why was it red?

His roommate, Brendon, just stared at Tyler like Tyler just told him his eye color.

"Uh, ok? How am I supposed to help?" Tyler just rolled his eyes and plopped down next to Brendon, who was focusing way more on the tv.

"I don't know, maybe tell me why it's happening. You're the one who found your soulmate," and it was true. While moving into their apartment, Brendon, being the clumsily person that he is, accidentally tripped down the stairs and surprise surprise, fell into his soulmates arms. His soulmate being Dallon Weekes. Dallon wasn't even surprised that he could see color, he was only worried for Brendon who just stared at Dallon like he was worried Dallon was going to disappear and it was all a dream.

Brendon sighed, "true, but this never happened to me before meeting Dallon, so I don't know what to do."

Tyler huffed and crossed his arms, still completely fascinated that he could see color but wished he had an explanation why. The door bell rang but Tyler stayed glued to his spot, not paying attention to anything that happened between Brendon and Dallon and didn't even respond to Brendon's voice that explained he was going to be back later.

No matter where Tyler looked, the color red appeared. Everything and I mean everything was dyed either a bright red or ladybug red and Tyler was getting slightly agitated. Why was this happening?

(Just so you know, ladybug red is a mixture of light and dark red.)
