This was probably the most brightest color Tyler has ever seen and he's only seen four colors. Everything was just so....bright that Tyler was completely stunned when he looked at anything. Like normal, Brendon asked what color Tyler was seeing and Tyler went on to explain how everything was just so bright.

"That color is called yellow," Tyler 'ahh'ed at that and nodded, excusing himself to the living room.

Brendon rolled his eyes sarcastically and spoke again, "gonna go add another streak?" Tyler nodded once again.

"You haven't painted in like a few days, are you ok?" Tyler simply responded: "I don't go to inspiration, inspiration comes to me and it hasn't been so I'm just waiting."

Brendon said nothing but watched as Tyler sorted through his small tubes of paint before scotching out a specific yellow. Brendon knitted his eyebrows together, "why marigold?"

"Because it looks exactly like the yellow I'm seeing, wait, is there actually a plain yellow?" Tyler randomly asked as he quietly told Brendon to fill up a cup of water, who did it without question and handed it to Tyler.

"Yeah, there are different shades of each color. There's always a plain color of it though," Tyler nodded his head, scooping up a decent amount of marigold yellow before streaking it across the now five colored canvas.

Tyler dipped the stained color brush into the water, "what's your favorite color?"

Brendon pondered for a bit, "I'm not really sure to be honest, maybe..."

Brendon pointed his index finger at each and every individual tube of paint before hesitantly pushing out a tube labeled midnight blue. Tyler tilted his head to the side, "why that color and what is that color?"

Brendon chuckled but went on to explain anyways, trying to put out as much detail as he could so he wouldn't confuse Tyler.

"That sounds like a very pretty color," The brunet replied, drying off the bristle of the brush before placing it back in its original spot.

Brendon hummed in agreement, "it really is."

Their conversation dropped off but that was ok, either talking or communicating with just a look of their eyes was what they preferred. Their little silence was broken off when Dallon came in, saying a small hello to Tyler who said it back before dragging Brendon away, getting the consent of Tyler who, of course, said yes. Tyler was looking for some alone time anyways.

But before Dallon dragged Brendon out the door, Tyler spoke up, "oh, hey, Brendon? Josh called yesterday and he wants you to call him back since, you know, you kind of left your phone here."

Brendon only mumbled a 'yeah, ok' before closing the door behind him, leaving Tyler with his thoughts and paints.
