Everything was so painful right now. My mom was asleep all day long and I felt lonely. Sure, I could go to school and meet some friends there, if I had any. I had skipped school for almost a month now. Just because I felt that everything I did was worthless, that I did it without any meaning. I really need someone right now.
next day
I went to school anyway today. Just to keep things off my mind. I couldn't really concentrate in class so I just looked out of the window and took short breaks all the time. The day went by and it was time for the last lession. Math. Not my favorite subject. As I looked out of the window a new guy walked into the classroom. I noticed that everyone stopped what they were doing and just looked at him.
meh, probably a douchebag, nothing to look at. I thought and kept on staring out of the window.
"Hi, I'm Derek." The guy said.
That made me turn my head. That was probably the sexiest voice I'v ever heard.
Keep on talking. Please. I was thinking as I fade into my own world.
"I'm from England." He said.
Of course you are. I thought while slightly move my head to the side. Looking at him like he was a puppy.
"If you have any questions for Derek you can ask them when the lession is over." Mrs. Wanhoof said.
Damn you, Wanhoof, let him speak!
When I got out of the classroom I noticed a group of people in a circle just beside my locker. I walked over there to see what was up. oh my god, my locker is just right next to Derek's! This must be my lucky day.
I tried to get into the big circle of people to take a last look at him before I headed home. But it was impossible. I gave up and headed home. I didn't really want to go home but, I could't really sleep at the streets, right?
"Hi, you live here too?" A voice said. I turned around and Derek stood there looking at me with his dark brown hair, just the same color as his eyes. I just stood there looking at him, probably looking like a freak.
"Hello?" Derek said.
"Here? No, yes, uhm, yeah, kind of." I answered. Nice answer you idiot. I thought to myself.
"Kind of?" Derek laughed.
