Now this is something I know we all get frustrated about. Unfrequent updating!
I know authors need time to write these stories and come up with ideas, and I know some authors are still in school and need time to study, but in my opinion if you are going to write 21 chapters into the story and then not update for months on end...not cool.
The worst thing is when authors leave it on a cliff hanger. The frustration is unreal. Don't get me wrong , in a way I love cliffhangers, they make you really want to read what happens next, but if you are going to leave your story on a massive cliff hanger and not update for 6 months.. well that is just unacceptable.
Advice? I think if you are going to write a big story with lots of chapters try stay dedicated. Especially if you are really far in.
