Y/n POV

I'm in my mums car and we're heading over to the airport "you gonna be alright on your own?" Mum asked concerned "yea I'll be fine" I said smiling at her "that's good" she said back, we've arrive at the airport and it's very busy "ok here is your suitcase" my mum said passing my suitcase "take care of yourself ok?" She said "yea Mum, I'll be fine" I said giving her a hug, we hug for a coupe of seconds then we pull away "bye Mum" I say pulling my suitcase and walking over to the door "bye y/n" mum said waving, I wave back then I walk into the airport, luckily that their were not many fans there. Man I miss my friend so much, I wonder if their already in LA, probably Millie is since she has some friends that live over their.

I get through all the boring airport stuff and walk over to my gate, I noticed a Starbucks nearby so I walk over and get a drink, remember what happened last time at Starbucks, ha ha fun times, not really. I've ordered my drink and now I'm just waiting, I feel my phone vibrate, I look and Millie has texted me.

We continued texting until my name got call, I said goodbye and walked over to the counter, I walked back to my gate and relaxed for a while. It's been about 45 minutes and I'm just waiting for my plane, I swear it should of been here already, I decided to walk over to the counter near my gate "hey sorry, my flight should of been here but now, could you tell me what happened?" I said kindly "what was you flight number?" The girl at the counter asked "8273" I said "oh sorry sweetie, your flight got delayed, I can book you on the next one if you like?" She said sincerely "yes please" I said trying not to said too annoyed "thanks" I said then walked back to my seat. I texted my mum saying thatcher flight got delayed, also texted the stranger things group chat saying that I'm going to be late, they were all sad since their all in LA already, UGHHH, so annoying.

«time skipped two hours ahead»

Finally my flight is here, it took so long, during the time I had a little nap since I've been here since 4 in the morning, I get on my flight and walk over to my seat, I noticed I boy sitting in the chair next to me "hey" he said "hey" I said back sitting down, theirs silence for a moment then he said "wait, aren't you he new person on Stranger Things?" He asked excited "Yea, hi" I said waving "oh my god., I love the show, I can't want for season 3 to come out" he said kind of hyperventilating "hey thanks man" I said smiling at him "can I get a photo?" He asked pulling out his phone "of course" I said, I leaned on close and out my head in his shoulder and he took the photo "thank you so much" he said admiring the picture "anytime" I said getting comfortable in my seat.

It's about 7 hours into a 14 hour flight (I did my research), I've become close with Elliot, the guy sitting next to me, it's so cute that he admirers the cast so much, he's 15 and flying to LA to go back to his family, he was in Australia for a lacrosse competition. I wish airplanes had better food cause I'm so hungry right now, since theirs still more time in the flight, I pull out Fireflies and finish reading it, I've read most of it and it's a really good book, it'd be so cool if I got that role for the movie but we just have to wait.
