They left the forest and were entirely quiet. Bliss said she needed to go finish an assignment so Leo went ahead to his room it was very quiet and dark.

The happiness washed off. He was scared again. Why was I about to bite Bliss? What am i? I can't be a vampire. I can walk on the sun...

His eyes were darker, almost black.

Leo grabbed his hoodie and  phone. He slid his arms through the jacket while texting Jayson.

"Hey, where are you?"

Seven minutes later he responded;

"Outside. Taking advantage of the dark."

"Meet me in the cafeteria."

Leo's throat felt as if it was being scraped.

Leo raised his view from the floor to look at Ember. She was an Asian exchange student who arrived recently. He first saw her on the school office. He remember shaking her hand.

"Hi! Leo! How you've been?" She tilted her head sideways waiting for him to respond.

He couldn't move my lips. But something dragged him forward

"Leo, what's going on?" He wanted to scream. to yell her to run. But nothing.

His body lunched forward.

"HEY! Jay where are you going!?" Jay turned around to look at Gale.

Them, Liz and two of her slut friends were walking outside, But when he noticed, Jay was halfway to the gym.

"Leo told me to meet  him.

"Oh. Can i asked you a question? What will we do on the full moon?"

"I could tell you have been evading the werewolf subject. You're afraid aren't you?"

"Yeah. I've never ask but how come you get us so well?" He chuckled.

"I'm the oldest of four and raised without a father. So i just made my mission to take care of my family. All of you remind me of them.

"Makes sense, i guess."

"So back to the wolf thing..." He said as we entered the gym. It wasn't completely empty. There were some people sitting in the bleachers.

"Well, we'll figure something out."

"Have you also noticed Leo is acting weird with the whole situation?"

"Yeah. He's the worst who has taken it. That's why i don't give it a second thought when he texted."

Already at the hallway, They saw him at the distance. Frightened at the sight of the puddle of blood. They gasped silently with widened eyes.

"Speak of the devil."

"I DIDN'T MEANT TO." Leo raised his face from his blood covered hands to shout at us. He was clutched next to Ember's bloody body.

Jay was speechless. Leo was probably drowned in guilt. He grabbed his shoulders.

"Leo. Stay calm. We'll get rid of the body. Then we'll see."

The boy sobbed. He was shaking and his eyes were like plates.

"Stay calm? I JUST KILLED HER!" He buried his face on his palms again.

"Gale, Wipe the blood before someone sees it. Leo, put yourself together and help me."

It took them two hours to bury the girl in the woods. How's that for a Tuesday night?

The guys went to Jay and Leo's dorm and in silence avoided eye contact.

"Didn't you get signs?" Gale asked.

"Well i felt thirsty and hungry, but the hell was i supposed to know i was craving blood!?"

"Um, when food didn't satisfy you?" Gale said sarcastically. Leo moved anxiously. He kept scratching himself. A nervous tic he had.

"Could you guys not tell Bliss?." He chuckled humorlessly.

"Sure." Jay said, "but you still have to tell her. She would found out eventually" he told him shrinking his shoulders.

"BUT HOW WILL SHE EVEN STAND TO LOOK AT ME!?"

"Leo. If we know anything about Bliss is that she doesn't give up so easily. You're still the same."

"What if i change?" He said glaring. His cold look challenging.

"That depends on how hard you fight back. Control your demons. Don't let them control you."
