Favor (KIM Taehyung)

Chapter 13

At this moment my mind couldn't really function what was happening. Currently I'm sitting alone in the car. I couldn't see what was happening outside. I was quite mad that I couldn't finish my conversation with Taehyung because I don't think I'll find a chance to talk to him anymore.

Suddenly someone opened the door. As soon as I saw him, I felt my heart skip a beat. Taehyung looked at me smiling offering his hands for me to take. For a moment I almost fell for his fake smile but I can't deny the fact that I know right here right now, I was in trouble. There is no doubt that there is a chance for me to fall for him and the whole plan to get ruined because of my stupid feelings. And I came way too far to quit now. I don't want to seem pathetic in from of him. 

Who am I kidding, I am pathetic! I shouldn't even be having this conversation with myself. I honestly wanna slap myself for how much I've changed. I never used to be so soft. I hate it. I hate the new me.

I looked back into Taehyung's eyes and hesitantly grabbed his hand. Once I got out of the car sudden white flashes were seen. They were taking pictures? This wasn't part of the plan! How important was he anyways?

I looked up at him. Even though I was wearing high heels, I still was a lot more shorter than him. He just kept looking forward with a stoic face. 

He held out his arm for me to take. I didn't question him because clearly it's not the right time. I decided to hold the same face that Taehyung's holding and walk towards the building. i could basically only see white because of the camera flashes. Seeing the cameras around made me feel more nervous than I already was which caused me to hold Taehyung's arm a little tighter than I should. He flinched but didn't look at me. Once I realized I loosened my grip. 

We were now inside the building. I was really impressed, the area looked way bigger than I imagined. I tried looking cool but I failed badly. i mean you can't blame me, I've never been to these kind of places before so I can't help but to look around. But I did feel really uncomfortable with so many eyes starring right at my soul.

I never had this much attention on me before in my life which cased me to cower behind him even more. I basically trying to make myself invisible. Taehyung noticed and turned to face me and he shook his head at my action. I guess he was telling me it wasn't the right thing to do.

"Chin up they're looking. Don't hide." He whispered in a way that only I could hear. 

I nodded my head and held my chin up. I had to make sure I show no fear. God acting is so hard! I deserve an award for this!

Out of  nowhere two people approached us from the crowd. They were a not so old couple probably in their 30s. I'm not really interested in couples but they looked really good together.

"Mom. Dad." Taehyung addressed them. He didn't seem too happy but smiled. He kissed his mom on the cheek and did a single nod towards his dad. I was really shocked. His parents looked really young. They probably married early.

"Oh my god she is beautiful!" She suddenly pulled me out of Taehyung's grasp and hugged me tightly. "Oh darling, you don't know how long I've been waiting for this moment." She said holding both my shoulders. I couldn't help but to smile at her. I swear I like her already. "Tell me, what's your name?" 

I heard Taehyung groan. I ignored him and continued smiling at his mom.

"My name is Kim Raehyun, it's really nice to meet you." I used my best manners because we all know I don't have a good one. But I figured she was someone that deserved my respect unlike someone.

"My god, I can't wait for us to spend so much time together. We're gonna go shopping and do our nails and oh lets not forget-"

"Darling." Taehyung's dad suddenly spoke. he sighed. "You will have a lot of time to spend with her, right now is not a good place." He said sternly. God, now I know where Taehyung got his cold attitude from.
