I tried to put it up for Friday, stuff came up. Anyways, you might want to pay attention to a certain character...

Omitraxus rubbed his forehead and sighed. "So, you're telling us, you promised the impossible to someone you just met and is a MONSTER?!"

"Yes, I know it was an extremely unseen decision of my part, but I did for the kingdom's good." Eclipsa should've seen this coming. "I know our past with their kind, but I can assure you that things have changed for the better. And they well keep changing if we just-"

""I'm sorry to interrupt this nonsense, your majesty," a royal knight stood up. "You need to understand that our people will not accept such rights to these Monsters that have only caused us more trouble and tragedy!"

"And I know we can't repair such losses, but we need to learn how to forgive! If we keep fighting them, they will forever stay foes." Elipsa let out a deep breath. "We've seen just how powerful they can be, and trust me, it could be so much worse if there wasn't any good inside them! I think we all have to start over. Just imagine how much stronger we would be if we made them our allies."

They all started murmuring quietly. She looked over at Gloss so he could back her in something, but he seemed frozen at his corner of the room. All talking ided down as Omni cleared his throat.

"After some discussion with the council, we cannot seem to understand such ideals of yours, your majesty. It is just unacceptable."

Eclipsa huffed. This was going to be a very long day.

"Globgor, you know you're risking yourself a lot to the word of a Mewman?" Anubis was still in disbelief. How could he have just done such thing with their greatest enemy?

"Oh Anubis. You worry too much, my friend. Besides, I have a feeling this is not a type of Mewman we're used to dealing with."

"How are you so sure? Oh wait, it was a 'gut feeling,' and one of those that are never wrong."

Globgor laughed. "You are very right! If you would've spoken with her, you would've gotten the same feeling. But we'll just test the waters and see if we get anywhere."

Anubis grumbled "Find. I'll order the troops to come back for now. If nothing changes, then we will have to do what we had planned."

"Very well. You have my permission to proceed, General." Globgor stood from his throne and left back to his room.

Anubis knew what they were doing was risky, but he had to admit he was glad there was a new way opening up hat included less of a bloodbath. He was walking to his own room when he noticed someone's shadow. It seemed familiar, but left too quick before Anubis could be sure. Better keep on an open...

Any guesses? I'm working on the next chapters, and hopefully update soon!
