Abraxas Malfoy was a tyrant, unwilling to forgive and was colder than ice, ever since his daughter had been murdered had shut Lucius out for the most part of the four years. They had recently had taken the offer to live there after they got married.
At the time they got married, Abraxas had launched a sithing attack on his son as he was beaten and his long hair cut short.
"Cissy." Lucius said as he took Draco to form Narcissa as he carried her up the stairs to the nursery as he put Draco on the floor as he looked at the book, the one Narcissa loved reading Winnie the Pooh her son back on the bookcase amongst the other books. The nursery was the one room that they could be free to be themselves and dote on Draco.
"I'm going to miss them." Narcissa said as she shut the nursery door and sat on the floor with Draco as he picked up a train to play with as she found the wooded track Andromeda had sent Draco for his first birthday as he waved at the train in the direction of Lucius.
"I'm going to have a nap." Lucius said as he walked to the false wall where the door leading to a bedroom, a humble one which Lucius preferred to sleep in apparently the room, he had a child rather than the room which he was to use a man.
Narcissa sat watching Draco playing alone, she missed the noise of the Weasleys and the chaos the twins seemed to manage all the time.
"Mama." Draco said as he pushed the train on the wooden track as she walked to the window, her eyes widened as she looked down the path to the iron gate. Narcissa finger's folded around her wand.
"Go wake Daddy up." Narcissa said as he half toddled and crawled to find his father. She waved her wand at Draco's toys vanished into a cupboard. There no evidence to show he had been playing with toys and the photographs of Andromeda and Nymphadora were gone too.
"Lucius." Narcissa heard the calling of Abraxas from the main hall. She heard the giggling and the sing-song voice of Bellatrix as she froze in place, terrified upon hearing her sisters voice. Bellatrix of all people she never wanted her son to meet ever in his life, if she could help it.
"What brings you here Bellatrix?" Abraxas said raising his voice, he may of voice his opinions about the magic and Muggle-borns. He had never forgiven the women before him murdering his youngest daughter in front of his son.
"My sister that's what, get out of my way." Bellatrix spat as Narcissa fled down the wooden staircase.
"Bellatrix." Narciss said icily as she drew her wand at her sister, thankfully she had been the captain of the Slytherins duelling team when she was in school. She had been quick enough to learn so of the dark spells her sister had not learnt over the years, swearing she would only use them as a defence if she had too.
"Why are you being like this to me?" Bellatrix was being too arrogant to see that her youngest sister hated her.
"I told you specifically never to come here to the manor. You're not welcome here." Narcissa said trying to calm her nerves as she spoke as she had years of Bellatrix doing anything she was able to justify to herself.
"I was never on to abid to the rules." Bellatrix as she smiled sweetly at her sister.
Narcissa knew never to trust her sister when she was smiling like that; she had seconds to think of a defensive spell. Bellatrix had been always had been quicker and faster than she had been.
She was not surprised to have the curartiaus curse placed on her as Lucius come down the stairs after locking Draco in another room on his own. The boy was red-faced, tears streaming down his cheeks and his voice screaming loudly as he left him alone in the nursey as he went to aid Narcissa.
"Get out of my house and if you ever set foot in here when I'm still alive." Abraxas shouted at a Bellatrix as he fired his own unforgivable curses at the death eater. Bellatrix let out manic laughter as he spoke to her. "If you ever do that my daughter in law again, merlin help you."
"Pa." Lucius said as his father waved a hand to his son left to shut up as he used a hex to throw the dark witch out the house through the front door as it slammed itself shut as it sealed shut against the death eaters outside the house.
"That Lucius is something I should have taught you years ago, now listen to me boy," Abraxas said in loud voice, knowing the auror and magical law department would've been alerted to him as he used the hex on Bellatrix. "It seals the house against all dark magic."
"Never heard of it." Lucius said as he gone to Narcissa's side as Abraxas expression turned to pain as he looked his daughter in law in a pool of blood creeping around her soaking her dress as Lucius.
"If I ever see that women again, I swear I will send her straight the depth of hell." Abraxas said as he waited to lift the hex off the house. "She killed my youngest daughter and now murdered my unborn grandchild."
"How did you know? We had not told anyone about her expecting another child." Lucius trailed off as the Magical law department was trying to break into the manor as Abraxas reversed the hex of the Manor as the front door reopened to let the magical law department into the Manor.
"What happened to Narcissa Malfoy?" The head auror voice rang out as Lucius had turned a shade of pale grey. Torn as he wanted to run up to his son screaming in the nursery and his wife on the marble floor almost cold to touch.
"Please let me get my son and then my wife to Saint Mungo's hospital." Lucius said as he almost lost face in front of the ministry officials.
