The next day Seungcheol was waiting for Jeonghan to appear by the door.

He was mad and hurt and completely scared of losing his friend and love for ever.
After all this years, he had grown accustomed to Jeonghan's clingyness. He was used to being his protector, and he felt important doing so, but now he might not have someone to protect anymore. More than anything, his chances with the younger seemed to be extinguished, even if there only was a 0.1% before, it's gone now.

The door opened and Joshua entered with Jun behind him.

"What are you doing here." Seungcheol said getting up from his seat, Jun immediately clinging on to his arm to control him.

"Getting my boyfriend's stuff for him, since, you know, he doesn't wants to see you anymore." he said looking the older from head to toes with an air of superiority. "Don't mind me, I'll get out of this rat hole soon enough."

He watched the back of the other as he entered Jeonghan's room.

"Hyung... Minghao told me not to tell you.. but Jeonghan is upstairs with him."

Without saying anything the older walked out of the apartment and ran up the stairs to where Minghao lived.

He knocked on the door and Minghao instantly responded letting him in.

"Where's Jeonghan?"

"I knew Jun was gonna tell you regardless what I said, so I let him go like two minutes ago."

The older rolled his eyes and turned around but Minghao was faster and stood in front of the door.

"What happened that day? There must be a reason why you beat him up."

"Why do you care?"

"Because I want to believe you, and I want to help you."

Seungcheol looked at him and explained everything that had happened from the day he caught Joshua on Jeonghan's room.

"So basically he's either being an asshole trying to make you mad, or he really doesn't loves him." stated Minghao summarizing everything his hyung said.

"It's more than that. I feel like Joshua is weird... I don't know how to explain it."

"Mmm... okay. I'll help you. I'll keep you up to date about Jeonghan's well being and I will try to look for any weird behavior Joshua might have."

"Thank you Minghao, this means a lot."

"There's something though.." he looked at Seungcheol who had a confused expression. "I'm going to need you to stay away from him for a while. Until I tell you."

The older opened his mouth to say something but closed it again and nodded.
