it was minji's last period which is vocals. she groaned as she realized that chan was also in this class, thankfully woojin, her best friend for years was also here. he has been her best friend ever since i was in seoul.
"woojin-aaaaah!" the girl said to woojin, walking to his direction with arms wide open ready to get hugged by him. woojin gives out the best, softest hugs, out of all her friends.
before the girl even put her arms on his waist for a hug, he pushed her forehead back, making her pout.
"stop acting cute, we're in school and hugging isn't allowed, is it?" someone said in the back. woojin and minji turned their heads to see chan rolling his eyes at us.
the three took the same classes but sometimes different schedules. we all chose the same department: music. so it wasn't really only a coincidence that we'd always be around each other.
"as if you don't smoke in school, and smoking isn't allowed, is it?" i mocked him and glaring at him.
"whatever, babygirl. i do what i want." he said, while holding an imaginary cigarette in between his index and middle finger, bringing it to his lips and pretending he was puffing out smoke and winking at me which earned a groan from me making me sit down beside woojin.
"still making him stop smoking, aren't you?" he asked. minji rolled her eyes at the question, nodding
"when have i even stopped? but sometimes i don't even know why i'm making him stop when i really know that he wont." i said, rolling my eyes.
"you know, sometimes it's obvious that you like him because you basically care for his well-being." wooji said, raising his eyebrows.
when did i ever say that i like that punk? i just don't like people smoking in school. it's in the school rules, you know?"she explained. she wanted to say more, but the teacher came inside and started the lesson.
"good morning class..."
ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
minji sighed in relief, feeling thankful that the class was finally finished. she felt dumb, however, because she forgot to bring water, even knowing well enough she enrolled in the school's music department. she asked woojin if he had water, but unfortunately, he didn't have water to spare. minji sighed, not knowing what to do. she was too lazy to go to the cafeteria to buy water.
someone tapped her shoulder, making her spin around to look it was. bang chan. he handed her a water bottle that wasn't even opened yet. minji looked at her enemy, confused.
"just take it. i'm tired of hearing you whine about your dumb ass not bringing water." chan said, rolling his eyes. minji rolled her eyes back, muttering a small 'thank you to' the boy before opening the bottle.
"what was that? sorry, i couldn't hear." chan said, putting his hand on the side of his ear.
"nothing, dumbass. too bad you didn't hear it because i won't repeat it again." she said now taking a gulp of water. chan ebing chan, he took away the water, causing it to spill a bit on her face. he took it while she was still drinking, making her choke on water.
woojin approached the sin, patting his friend's back and telling off chan. once minji was okay, she slapped chan, making their daily war begin.
a teacher witnessed what was about to happen, so she called them out.
"detention after classes!"
and with that, minji groaned, chan smiling triumphantly, and woojin sighed, thinking when their feud will ever stop.
