CHAPTER 13

FORTH’S POV

Beam was quiet the whole ride. I tried to talking to him  but the only respond I got from him is a smile and nod.

I am now driving to his condo but I can’t explain what I am feeling.

“Hey, Beamie.”

He looked at me. “Yes??”

“Are you okay?? You seems so quiet.”

He leaned his back on the passenger’s seat and looked at me. He shrugged and smile.

“Nope. I am fine.. Just tired.”

I looked at him with worries. He chuckled a bit and hold my other hand that is not holding the steering wheel. He hold it tightly.

“hey, forth. I am fine really.”

I stared at our hand that is holding each other.

I hold him tighter.

When we arrived at beam’s condo, we got off from the car and I hold his hand as we walked and arrived to his unit.

Beam turned at me and smile. “This is my stop. Bye.”

I just nod but didn’t move a bit.

“Hey, aren’t you going to your faculty? You have a meeting, right?”

We stared at each other for quite while before I bid goodbye.

“I’ll come again after we finished the meeting.”

He smiled at me, again, and nod.

Just as he was about to close door, I grabbed the doorframe suddenly and blocked it.

“What—”

I cupped Beam’s face and kissed him. Inserted my tongue and savor the kiss when Beam kissed me back. We separated when we already gasped for air.

“I’ll be back.”

He is mine.

“HEY, Forth!”  Lam spread his both hands and welcomes me. “Long time no see!”

I stopped in front of him and put my hands on my waist. “You better put your hands down before I punch you till I am satisfied.” I grimaced.

Lam gulped and cleared his throat.

“Erhm, hey! The meeting is about to start.” He said and walked into the gym first. I just rolled my eyes and followed.

This better be worth my fucking time.

The meeting starts the moment I take my seat.

After hearing what they all said, it only says one thing. SOTUS is being the apple of eyes of the board of directors AGAIN.

This wasn’t the first time that SOTUS have this issues.  I can’t help but to massage my forehead because of this.

When they finished discussing, all their eyes were on me.

“Tsk! I am already telling you, wolves. How many times do I have to tell you that it is okay to be crazy but just keep it at bay!”

“but Ai’forth..”

I glared at the one that tried to speak. “Don’t you ever give me that damn reason that you just  lose patience that time, Prem!”

“We are hazers. We were supposed to lead the freshmen, to be a model for them, train them and not lose our patience because of a simple matter and just drop our fists on them because of it! From what I know we are far better than that!”
