" hey little sis!!!" Someone yelled making me scream like a maniac.

" Ahhhh!!" I screamed and started flailing my arms.

" Hey hey. Calm down! It's me hoseok!" He grabbed both of my arms.

Hoseok is my brother. My own, blood related brother. Even after mom and dad left to Marie, he continued to talk to me without the knowledge of my parents. So yes my last name is actually Jung but I say Kim.

I opened my eyes and saw the very familiar figure in front of me.

The next thing I knew was him struggling to breathe. I literally strangled him with a giant hug.

I broke the hug and said, " it's been long oppa"

" It surely has been. I missed you so much Aera" he smiled.

" Let's catch-up on each others' lives shall we?" I grinned
" As always" he returned the grin.

We were having a chit chat with a tub of ice cream each.

" So you're in university now?" He asked.
" Yep! How bout you?"

" Well I've opened a production company at Canada"
" That's so cool!!" I cheer.

" So any boyfriend or crush?" He asked.

" Well yes.. but not really" I shrugged.
" What?"

I explained to him everything about me getting letters and blah blah blah.

" Your life is so interesting!!" He cheered. I just shrugged.

" Wanna watch Netflix?" I suggested.
" Why not?"

I was just about to open my laptop when suddenly I received a call from Yoon. Marie's real daughter.

" Yes unnie?" I answered.
" Aera!! Aera m- mom!!" She cried.

My heart beat increased.
" Unnie! Calm down! What happened to mom?!" I asked.

" Aera! She was hit by a- a truck! I'm here at XXX hospital!! Come quick!" She hung up.

I quickly ran to the main door, oppa following me.

" Get in" oppa said while taking out his car. We drove to the mentioned hospital and I ran towards the reception.

" Anne Hathaway's cabin please!" I said.
" Room no. 206 ma'am" she replied.

I ran towards her room only to be met by Yoon unnie who was howling.

" Unnie!!" I cried out.
" Aera! Aera mom!" She sobbed.

I got inside the room....

A/n : so I'm sorry this chapter wasn't upto the mark but the next chapter will be interesting hopefully. And my clumsy ass nearly got myself killed as I fell down the stairs and sprained my already sprained neck and ankle.
