InSu POV

Our eyes were closed as our lips were connection. After a minute it hit me, this is my first kiss!! My first kiss was taken from Huang Zitao!! For years I saved for Chen!!! But I felt something warm inside me and then at the same time we backed away slowly. I feel the temperature of my cheeks rise up as we were both dazed. "Uhh...I should go thanks for dinner b-bye" he said as he got in his car. "G-Goodnight." I walked back to my house and the second I stepped a foot inside my mom attack my with a questions. "So do u like him? Does he like u? Are u two going out?" "What? No hes just a classmate." "Honey ur mother and I where just classmates once and look at us now, happily married" dad said. "Ill be in my room goodnight." After a long shower I wore my PJs and passed out on my bed and I closed my eyes. Once I closed them that image played in my head. Sitting under that tree at the park under the dark sky. As I turn to my right I caught Tao's eyes and my eyes are stuck to his. He leaned forward slowly and so did I. As the gap between our faces lessened I felt his soft lips on mine and I closed my eyes. After a long minute we backed away and I opened my eyes seeing his sharp but warm gaze. Reality struk me as I woke up from that. I dont like him do I? I like Chen! I've liked him longer than I've known Tao! Chen always makes my day by making me laugh with his troll humor and always cares for me. But he only sees me as a friend and not a girlfriend. If he know my feelings our friendship would be broken. Tao and I hated each other and he was such a flirt! But at his party I found out that he really liked me. I got to see his real side, the kind and funny Tao. I need to focus on the presentation for tomorrow not boys! Wait...our topic is on romance, wow the irony. My eyes shut down and I drifted into dreamland until the sun woke me up for school. I got dressed and rushed outside for school. "So how was Tao at ur place" Chen asked. "Huh? Oh fine! Y-Yeah we practiced on our presentation and he even stay over for dinner." "Well at least u didnt kill him." "Nope!" I can't tell Chen its better that its forgotten. "So u nervous?" "For what?" "Ur presentation." "Nope! I never get nervous hehe." Im nervous right now though. I walked inside and saw Tao sitting down. He saw me walking towards our seats and gave me a small smile and I returned one back. Things are awkward between us and we have our presentation today, great. Everybody went in order aka we were last.  "Ok the last group is InSu and Tao." We grabbed our papers and got in front of one of the two podium. (Im not writing the whole speech cuz itll be too long) Tao started by giving examples of famous romance books back then and explaining the impact it has towards books now and even society.  Next was my turn on the history and gave real life examples. "To finish off, we learn from these authors that love can be hard. It doesn't come right at ur door, u have to find it and fight for it, thank u." "I have more things to add" Tao said. I gave him the "what the hell" look cuz I was supposed to finish it off but he began talking. "Each of these stories gives everyone hopes on finding that one person they're met to be with. Someone to hold hands with, to hug and comfort, to be silly with, to brag about to their friends, to do crazy things with, to kiss, and to stay with that person. Everyone wants to find true love so they can experience all of that. When I read some of these romance books I noticed how that male character fell in love. They fell in love with the woman's beautiful face how her eyes sparkle, her lips are a light shade of pink, and her voice is a nice melody. But they also love the woman's kindness with her warm heart. I dont know if thats how all guys feel when they fall in love because I fell in love and its the compete opposite, InSu I love u. Ur eyes dont really sparkle, instead they are dark and filled with evil sometimes, and ur voice sometimes scare me especially when u yell. Ur dont really show kindness especially when u smack ur friend's heads or yell at me. But thats why I fell in love u because u show me the real u and I love u for that. So Kang InSu *takes out rose* will u be mine so I can be yours?" I stared at him in shock! Girls gasped and started whispering. Some even cried. I looked at him and he gave me a soft smile as he stood in front of me holding a rose. I slowly rasied my arms grabbing the rose as I nodded. He shined a victory smile and he hugged me so tigh. Everyone cheered while girls cried. "Kiss her kiss her kiss her!" The whole class cheered. He held my shoulders as I gave him the wide eyes. He bend over so his face matched mine and landed his soft lips on mine again. He broke the kiss and said, "I won." "Wut?" "I won ur heart." "Dork." The lunch bell rang so I went to grab my books and bag but Tao took my books. "No I can't let my lady carry these heavy books." "Shut up and lets go to lunch" I said smiling. We stopped by my locker and walked in the cafeteria holding hands as all six of our friends  screamed "FINALLY!!!"
