Patrick and Pete's car broke down and they were walking home when gang members showed up. They were just trying to get home to call the tow truck company. They had Pete and Patrick scared and holding onto each other.
"Petey I'm so scared." Patrick cries as the gang members roughly search the boy. They find an inhaler and look at each other with smirks. "Please don't I need that, please." Trick begs the guys. They throwing to the ground and stomp on it.
"Okay you guys searched us. Can we please go." The guys pushed Patrick to pete and Patrick hid behind the darker man.
A gun shot is fired. Heard from down the street. Patrick winces st the noise as the guys abandoned the area. "Holy crap Petey! That was so scary, can we go home now?" Patrick holds on to his boyfriend. Pete doesn't answer, his legs shake and he falls to the ground. "Petey?" Patrick stutters. Pete lays on his back. The people living on the street come out to see what the noise was.
"PETE! NO!" Patrick screams. He cries. People rush to the boys aid.
"Step away kid." A man pulled Patrick away from his boyfriend. Patrick struggled against the man as others cover Pete's wound with their shirts.
"W-we ju-st wanted to g-g-go ho-me..." He stutters as he moves to grab Pete's hands.
"Baby." Pete says grabbing on to Patrick's hand.
"Hold onto me. Just stay with me. Just stay with me!" Patrick yells. The same man tries to pull him off as paramedics pull up fast. The paramedics bring out a table and put pete on it and rush him to the truck.
"He has to come." Pete tells the paramedics softly. "Sir only family."
"He's my boyfriend, please." The paramedic nodded and Patrick got into the truck.
"It'll be okay baby." Pete says like nothing happened. The man was hooking Pete up to machines and machines. Patrick grabs onto Pete's hands and holds them. "Baby don't cry I'll be fine." Pete shuts his eyes slowly
"Pe-ete." Patrick chokes wiping away tears."do-not you ever leave." Pete slowly opens his eyes weakly.
"I could never leave." Patrick kisses him. "I'll never leave..." his heart rate drops.
"Petey Hold on!" Air level drops. The guy puts air tubes in Pete's nose. "Don't you ever leave, just stay with me.."
