Patrick walked to meet his best friend Pete at the coffee shop on the corner of Lima and Stray everyday at 11:45. Everyday Patrick will walk in with more and more bruises than the last day. Pete always kept his mouth shut until one day Patrick came in with puffy eyes.
"Patrick. Wooah hey. What happens." Pete stopped him from walking. He walked patrick to the bathroom to get cleaned up.
Patrick was choking on tears. Pete hates seeing him like this. "What happened? And why are there more bruises than yesterday?" Pete wiped his friends eyes.
"It's Jay. H-he keeps on hurting me. I've been waiting for someone to notice but no one has." Patrick broke down. "I-I-I-ve been trying to tell people but no one believes me. Pete you got to believe me." Patrick started taking off his shirt to show the bruises. There was so many, even cuts. Someone walked into the bathroom and left. Pete didn't care.
"P-Patrick.. I've noticed but I thought you guys were into so kinky shit. My god.. I'm so sorry." Pete hugged Patrick tight.
"Don't make me go back there. Please!" Patrick cried into Pete's shoulder. The older man rubbed his back and pet his hair. "I won't patrick. I promise."
