It was around 3:25am when patrick was sleep on Joe's chest. They had fallen asleep while watching some Netflix movie when they heard bloodcurdling cries. "MOMMY DADDY!" Screamed their son. Joe was first to wake up to the cries as he rushed out of bed and up the stairs waking up His husband. Patrick soon followed but not running as fast. Joe was the first into the room as he ran to his son. Patrick turned on the lights to see his son thrashing around in his bed holding his head. It was another one of his migraines. Joe pulled his little 3 year old son out of bed and held him as Patrick was sprinting down the stairs getting the medicine for Donnie. He rushed back up the stairs out of breath and on the verge of an asthma attack. Joe grabbed the medicine and Indus forced it down Donnie's throat as he wailed in pain. He started to calm down and get sleepy thanks to the medicine. "Mommy..." Donnie pointed at Patrick who was having a small asthma attack. Joe put Donnie into Patrick's arms as he went to the bathroom to grab Patrick's upstairs inhaler. Patrick got his breathing back to normal thanks to his husband. Their toddler son was asleep in Patrick's arms thanks to the medicine. They tucked him in again and went back to their room.
"We have to take him back to the doctors, they just won't go away trick." Joe says grabbing his vape from his night stand. Patrick agreed and rolled his eyes at his husband's gross habit. Joe inhaled the vape and blew it into his husband's face. It smelt like maple syrup. Patrick kissed his husband good night and fell asleep as Joe stayed up watching horror movies.
