Defending the emperors name

Part 5

I knew I had to tell the others so I ran back to the room where they were sleeping in and woke the two of them up. After that I began to explain the situation.

"The Titan plans are missing, I want to take a look around cause I couldn't sleep and found that the plans were no where to be found." I said

"By god, what do you think happened to them" Nemerorth asked.

"My theory is that the orks took the plans and had brought the weapons here as well. They were using this manufactorium as a weapons depot and that's why they had built the walls closing it in." I answered

"That would also explain why it was so heavily guarded." Hailey said nervously

"Exactly. This means they must have taken the plans somewhere nearby, and we need to find out where cause you all know that if we don't find these plans. The war is lost and there will be no way to defeat the orks. Now before we go we need to all get some more rest so we will start our search at dawn."

After that we all tried to get some

Sleep, but knowing what was at stake made it hard not to think about it and whenever you thought about it you couldn't help but be terrified of the ork made Titan rampaging through the imperial home world, but eventually we all got back to sleep. As I dozed off I had another nightmare this one different than the first. I was with my two battle brothers I had left and we were looking for the Titan plans in an ork strong hold. We had been making our way through unseen until a squad of orks spotted us. We made a run for it and they opened fire on us Nemeroth was shot four maybe five times in the back and once in the head and he hit the ground with a bang. Hailey and I continued running and running until we were cut off by another group of orks. We had no were to run now and Hailey moved closer to me and held my hand after that the orks opened fire. I woke up abruptly from the dream and noticed I was sweating. I stood up and wiped my forehead then looked out the window. I saw that the sun was about to come up. So I woke up Hailey and Nemeroth. We sat down for breakfast a few minutes after I had woke them up. Hailey had sat closer to me than the day before and Nemeroth as usual stayed at a safe distance from her and I. During breakfast we tried to make small talk to take our minds of what we were about to do. It didn't seem to work that well because everyone still had a nervous look in their eyes. After we had all finished breakfast we gathered up our gear once again and readied ourself for the day ahead of us. We walked to the western wall. We got there in a few minutes and I pushed unlocked the door and it swung open revealing piles of dead ork bodies. We weaves our way through the bodies then continued to walk to the edge of the city, we ran into a few small scouting squads of orks on the way, nothing that would give us any trouble. Once we made it to the outskirts of the city we saw a large building that we knew was made by orks, and we knew that it was the most likely place for the plans to be. So we scoped it out and noticed there was about fifty orks guarding the entrance way to the stronghold. We knew we could have to find another way I so we went around and found that there was a small door in the ground we made our way over to it and went down into the stronghold.
