Chapter 10- a talk with the GREAT mr. Yuzon

Chapter 10

KEY’S POV                

Haaay…I don’t know what to say. What happened today is too much to bear that I’m I thought I was going to faint. Can you Imagine that I’m really the Lost One that everyone is talking about? Yes…everyone!

Andito ako ngayon sa room ko…what can I say about my room? No words can express how fascinated I am!

Well if you think na para siyang typical na princess room well…mejo tama kayo pero may modern touch siya tapos two floors. Yup! May second floor and kwarto ko. Oh diba?! Pang mayaman talaga…where ka pa?! haha. Combination of white and light pink ang walls na may cherry blossom na wallpaper…bale yung first floor para siyang office or study area. What I loved about it is maraming books! …tapos may mural pa na vector design na pang fashionista…tapos MAC pa ang computer…then sa  second floor ang room ko at walk-in closet. Parang mall na ata ang closet ko. Lahat andun na!

So, after ko i-describe ang room ko sa inyo at ako’y nakahiga sa aking malaking kama! Ahah…pumasok ang aking the GREAT Mr. Yuzon na lolo. Hehe

“Hmmn…Hello po Lolo.”

“Hello Key. So, kamusta naman so far? Ok lang ba sayo ang room mo? Your mom prepared this for you.”-lolo

“really po? Siya po lahat nag arrange nito? Wow! What can I say…it’s perfect. I couldn’t ask for more!”

“haha…I’m happy to hear that Apo.”

“Uhmm lolo, sure nap o ba talaga kayong ako ang nawawala niyong apo? If kailngan pong magpaDNA test ok lang po sakin.”- tanong ko

Ay…ang cute ni lolo…nag smile pa talaga eh

“Very sure apo. Actuallu, napaDNA test ka na namin after nung summit niyo. Sorry if pinangunahan ka na namin.”

Nagulat ako dun ah…may DNA test na pala…kaya siguro sure na sure si kuya gwapo nung pumunta siya sa Iloilo…nga naman Key…mga Yuzon yan. Alanga naming mag jump into conclusion agad agad sila…

“ah…ok lang po…mejo nagulat lang po…hehe..”

“To be honest with you Key, even before the summit, may lead na kami na ang nwawalang prinsesa nang mga Yuzon ay nasa Iloilo. Then, when Paul told us that his students saw someone that looks like Eliza tapos pinakita pa ang picrture mo…we really believed that you’re the one. Yung DNA test..assurance nalang yun. Of course, we wouldn’t want to have a false hope again. For 19 years we’ve been lokong for you and now…you’re an inch away… I promised your mom and dad that no matter what I will bring you back in this family. Kaya after being assured by the Private investogators we hired and the DNA test, I sent your brother right away to bring you home.”

“Wow. Now I know bakit kayo nagging si the Great Mr. Yuzon lolo. Haha.”

“ haha…oo nga eh. Wait ‘till you know more about your family apo. You’ll know why our family is on top” sabi ni lolo with a wink. Haha…alam ko na kung saan ko namana ang kakapalan nang guts ko. Haha.

“ grabe naman lo…humangin nang malakas tuloy oh! Ahaha but kidding aside lo…honestly, I really don’t know what is in store for me after knowing that I’m a yizon. Well, few days ago I was just living as a normal person then all of a sudden…Malalaman ko nalang na ako’y isang Yuzon?! My! I never thought that would be possible…as if I’m in a fairytale.”

“you’re not in a fairytale apo…I know it’s hard for you to leave Iloilo, your school, friends, loved ones and the family you’ve know for 19 years…It’s hard for you and we know that. That is why we really are happy that you decided to be with us…we are grateful Key. Thank you for bringing back the happiness in this house, this home…trhis family. Our Family.” Tapos hinug ako ni lolo

“Thank you din lolo…I know po that for 19 years have been very difficult for all of you…kaya po…I promise to make you ang my parents happy and proud of me. Babawi po tayo lolo.” I hugged him back.

“ Thank you Key. And another thing…ok na ang admission mo sa Yuzon University. Same parin course mo at year level…accredited din kasi yung mga subjects mo na tinak sa UP sa Yuzon eh. Yun ngalang may mga additional units ka lang.”

Wait…buffering pa ko eh. Me? On Yuzon University? Study? Dream come true na talaga to! Haha. As if I haven’t seen it coming syempre Yuzon ako nuh pero iba parin ang feeling eh.

“ OMG lolo! I’m really honoured and promise I’ll do well at school.” Tumayo ako tapos nag tinap pa ang chest ko na parang sige. Haha

“ I know that very well Apo. I know you’ll do great things. Yuzon blood runs in you and manang mana ka sa lola mo. Mahilig kayong mag OMG! Haha” ginaya ni lolo yung pagkakasabi ko nang OMG…haha…ang cool talaga nang grandparents ko. Si lolo parang hindi business tycoon…sobrang cool.

“ Well sige na apo..you rest na. Marami kang gagawin tomorrow. Sa Monday ka na pala papasok so brace yourself…” tumayo na si lolo at ready to leave na…ako naman parang nagulat nang sinabi niya brace yourself…scary naman…parang papasok ako sa giyera ah

“bakit brace your self lolo? Ganun ba talaga ka grabe sa Yuzon Univ.?” tanong ko

Si lolo naman tumawa lang…hay naku… “ hahaha…hindi naman sa ganun apo…what I really meant was brace yourself kasi malay mo…dun ka na magkalovelife…I’ve heard NBSB ka eh. Alam mo naman…kilala rin ang university for having good looking students.” Pagkasabi nun ni lolo…natawa ako na nagblush kasi naman…nag japorms action pa si lolo at nagwink…haha…pero grabe ha…pati lovelife ko pina imbestigahan.

“Lolo naman eh…pati ba naman lovelife ko…haha. Pero lolo…may tama ka dun ha. Malay natin baka nga doon si Mr. Right ko.”

“ I assure you apo…nandun si Mr. Right mo.” Nagwink at lumabas na si lolo…grabe kahit ang akward pag usapan ang lovelife ko lalo pa kay lolo ha…it felt good na nakakapag open up ako sakanya…pero bothered din ako nung sinabi ni lolo na sure na sure siya na si mr. right ko ay nasa Yuzon Univ. hala! Manghuhula nadin ba si lolo?
