"While you two were doing your thing, I did some snooping and found out that north from here people are being held in a place called, The Mines of Hidden Creatures. I was thinking maybe your father would be there too." Nina said
"I guess it wouldn't hurt to look." Kai said
"Yes, and we'll leave as soon as you two get some rest, don't need anyone passing out while we go." Wolf said
"I agree, we'll stay here till nightfall and then we'll move out." Azusa says
Day turns to night as everyone sleeps like a hibernating bear.
Kai jumps up, "Guys lets go!!" He yells waking the others
"Sounds like someone is feeling better." Azusa says
They head North toward The Mines of Hidden Creatures. Making a three day trip they stop encountering a hole in the ground.
"Guess this is it, you all ready?! Course you are, let's go!!" Kai says
"Before we go in, pay attention to the name of these mines. Stick together down here guys okay." Azusa said
"Right!" They all say
They jump into the hole entering the mines, landing side-by-side and they begin to explore. Searching for anything then they stumble upon thousands of people mining one of the most rare jewel; demonite crystals.
"With these many people, shouldn't there be some type of overseer nearby?" Konuha said observing them
As Kai continues to look he becomes agitated, " Does it really matter?! We can't just stand by and watch this forced labor!! I'm going to stop this." He said
Kai attempts to jump down to the miners, but Azusa quickly grabs his arm stopping him.
"Kai stop and think! Who know what'll happen if you go down there, we need to think before acting." Azusa said
Kai clinches his jaw in anger, "Fine!"
"Any ideas guys?" Azusa asked looking at the rest of them
They all think for a few seconds.
"What if....no never mind." Wolf says doubting himself
"No Wolf, what is it?" Azusa asked
"I was going to suggest maybe one of us go down there pretending to be lost, hopefully making the 'overseer' show their face." He said
"It's better than nothing, but who will go?" Nina asked
They all look at Kai who has fell asleep.
"Anyone else?" Azusa said
"I'll go." Konuha said with a shrug
"Okay, we'll need your weapons and you'll need to get dirty to make it more believable." Wolf said
Konuha hands Wolf his weapons and rolls in the dirt and gravel to get dirty.
