S2: The Principal's Office

Kai's POV

It's Monday morning and we're back in school after a week long break, which will probably be followed up by an announcement of the UA Sports Festival and another 2 weeks off school, but it'll be for training. I'm the only student that knows this because my sister is a computer hack and broke through UA's security system like it was nothing. Thank goodness she explained to me what the UA Sports Festival was, otherwise I'd have to ask everyone else and they'd probably scream asking how I don't know about it.

Anyways, I'm sitting at my usual seat next to Izuku and I hear everyone having a conversation.

Uraraka: "Do you guys think we'll have a substitute teacher since Mr. Aizawa was injured pretty badly at the U.S.J.?"

Tsuyu: "Well, he's supposed to be at the hospital recovering, so I think that-"

Before Tsuyu could finish however, the door opens to reveal Aizawa with bandages wrapped around his face.

Aizawa: "Good morning Class."

Most students: "MR. AIZAWA, YOU'RE BACK TOO SOON!"

Kai: "Jeez, this guy is stubborn!"

Iida: "Aizawa Sensei, are you sure you should be in here teaching? You are still recovering from your injuries."

Aizawa: "My condition doesn't matter at the moment. As you already know, we've been through a tough situation. However, your fight is not over."

Katsuki: "Fight?"

Mineta: "D-Did more v-villains attack?"

Aizawa: "The UA Sports Festival is coming up."

Everyone(Except for Kai and Todoroki): "... THAT'S SUCH A NORMAL SCHOOL EVENT!"

Kirishima: "The Sports Festival, huh? Now that's a super-"

Kaminari: "Wait a minute. Is it really ok to have the sports festival so soon after we were attacked by villains?"

Ojiro: "What if they attack us again?"

Aizawa: "Apparently having the Sports Festival now shows that our Crisis Security Management is solid as a rock. But above all, The Sports Festival is an important event that can't be cancelled because of a couple of villains. It's a chance of showing the pro heroes around the world what you're capable of. You only one chance a year, three chances in total. No aspiring hero can afford to miss this event. If you understand this, then you should not slack off on to training."

Everyone: "Yes sir."

Aizawa: "Good. You all have 2 weeks off to prepare for the Sports Festival. Make sure you train hard. Oh and Kai, Principal Nedzu wants you in his office to discuss some important things."

Kai: "What? Uh, okay then."

Aizawa: "That is all. Class is now dismissed."

After that, Aizawa left the room and everyone began heading to lunch. I on the other hand had to go to the principal's office. I was curious as to what the principal wanted to talk about. Once I arrived at the door to the office, I knocked to see if anyone was there.

????: "Come in."

I entered the room and was greeted by a mouse? A bear? I don't know what exactly it was, but it was certainly something.

Kai: "Uh... is Principal Nedzu around?"

????: "You're looking at him."

My eyes widen a bit from the revelation. This was our principal? He's pretty small, don't you think? But then again, our teacher's the most bored person in the world so I guess it's not that big of a deal. And again, this isn't the weirdest thing I've seen ever.
