Chapter 21 (Part 1)

Lumine's pov
I can't believe I said that to kody, even though I don't want to but I have the guts to tell a lie. I'm the stupidest boyfriend that kody has ever met

I wish he'd never met me and I wouldn't be hurt like this, welp it's already done for though so nothing could change it. As I was about to go to the car my mother opened the door right on time, "get in lumine" she said coldly, I got shivers on me but I seemed to fought it, I got inside the car then gave distance to my mother which is because I really don't want her too close to me, as the driver moves the car I could see kody staring back at me with sore red eyes and tears falling down his face, I felt sorry for him but as a stupid and careless boyfriend I am I couldn't return his feeling anymore

Kody's pov
"he's gone...."

"...i can't believe he's gone...."

Dad placed his hand on my shoulder then grabbed my chin, "that's okay kody you'll find someone more precious than lumine" he said "but for now you just have to let him go for he is now trapped with his mother" he added then hugged me gently, "but dad I love lumine. And only lumine" I said with a blank face, he breaks the hug then looks into my eyes

"kody you have to move on didn't you heard lumine?, he's not coming home with us anymore" he said with a sad face as sherry and silver comfort him. I clenched my fists then looked out the glass door, "dad I need to deal with someone will you excuse me?" I asked as I looked a t him with a straight face, he gave a confused look then mumbles "uh....sure?" he answered, I nodded then ran outside the airport

"where is he going?" sherry asked

"guess he's at it again" silver replied

=15 minutes later=
I better find Elijah, I know I did bad things to him awhile ago or in the past but I really need his help right now, I ran faster as I breath heavily. I passed some fast food restaurants to find Elijah's family in one of them, I barged in quite sweaty then slammed my hands on their table

"kody what the heck, and why are you sweaty?!??"

"I came all the way here to talk to you so can we please talk in private?"

"uh.... Sur--"

"wait aren't you lumine's boyfriend?" a familiar voice said, I turned to see Elijah's mom staring back at me, I froze as her deep voice crashed my ears, "yes.....i was..... But he left me because of his mother" I answered getting the depression back to me, Elijah noticed then told them "mom stop" he said then grabbed my arm, "let's talk far away from my family first" he added

I nodded.

=2 minutes later=
"OK so what do you wanna talk about?" he asked, crossing his arms together, I point my fingers then looked at him. "please help me" I mumbled "what?" he replied, "speak louder"

"please help me save lumine I want him back" I said then my eyes began to tear. Elijah sighed then facepalmed, "why what happened again?" he asked "well since we're both at lumine's hometown may a we ask information about their family?" I said, he sighed then pats my head. "alright then, I'll help you but I'll ask permission to my family first" he said as he gave me a smile he went back inside to talk to his family as I gave him a sign at the window

He nodded then sat back beside his father, I ran back to the airport then Saw sherry and silver taking care of dad, guess he's tired again I walked towards them then pat their shoulders, "oh kody what's up?" silver said smiling as he rubs my hair, "let's go to the hotel that lumine's mother reserved for us because we're going to save lumine" I said

"what does sleeping in a hotel that was reserved by lumine's mom gonna save your lover?" silver asked

I punched his head then grabbed his neck "idiot we need a place to sleep first so we have more energy tomorrow" I exclaimed as I put him down, "now kody remember your temper, and yeah don't worry we'll save lumine just hang on OK?"
