Déjà Vu

Chapter 10

Rin pov.

My brother was leading me to "his" house after our small reunion. I'm happy that I met my brother again but I'm still a little saddened about our uncles death. I really wish I met him. He seemed like an amazing person. I sighed knowing I'll never get that chance. "Something wrong Rin?" My brother asked.

"No I'm fine, just thinking about everything you told me."

"Oh ok then."

A comfortable silence fell between us. But yet, something felt wrong. It felt like he was keeping something important from me. I decided to ask him later. I started to feel light headed for some reason, my legs were slightly shaking. "Rin are you ok?"

"Huh? Oh ya I'm fine, thanks for asking." But inside I felt uneasy, and nauseous. I felt like I was about to throw up, 'maybe I just need to walk it...off...' "RIN!!!"

I felt darkness consume me.

I woke up laying on a bed. 'Where am I???' I look at my surroundings. The room had a warm feeling to it, it felt familiar. The walls were made out of dark oak, giving it a cozy feeling. There were pictures scattered on the walls, some photos of individual people and some pictures of a group people. My curious out got the best of me so I got up from the bed to examine the photos.

I look at every detail there was. But one picture caught my eye the most, it was a group photo with about 14 people or so. I stared at the photo seeing the happy faces of the people in it. There was one person in the middle who looked like my dad. 'Must be Uncle Yamato.' I smiled at how happy he looked. The other people seemed to be the other guardians, but who was the one beside uncle Yamato? He had striking golden blue eyes, a strong looking jaw line, sharp eyes and pale skin. There wasn't a single flaw to his features. 'Who is this man? Was he the previous red wolf? Or is he a guardian too?' I glanced at his face some more. 'He looks familiar to me tho, wonder why?'

I was so focused on the picture that I didn't notice that Chase was behind me. I felt my shoulder being grabbed, "Gaaahhhh!!!!!" I spun around to see a shocked yet smiling Chase.

"Chase you scared me why'd you do that?!?!" I said clutching my chest to catch my breath.
"Ah sorry Rin didn't mean to scare you, but your reaction was pretty funny."

"It was not."

"Ya, it was."

"No it wasn't."

"Yes it was."

"No."

"Yes."

"Bully." I said sticking out my tongue playfully.

"Oh really now, I'm a bully. Well let's see what this bully could do to you next."

"Wait Chase-nii wha-"

I didn't even finish my sentence before he started to tickle me.
"Ah! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Nii-chan stop! P-please! Have mercy on me! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Ahh help someone! HAHAHAHAHAHA! Stop nii-chan...can't...breath...need air."

"Ok I'll stop, if you say I'm your favourite brother in the whole wide world!" Ah this brother of mine is going to be the death of me!!

"Never!!"

"Ok you asked for it." Then he continued to tickle me some more.

"Hahahaha! Ok ok! Your my favourite onii-chan in the whole while world!" With that he stopped tickling me. 'Hmm should've said it earlier.'

I laid on the ground panting, trying to catch my breath. My stomachs hurt from laughing, I feel like I'm dying from the tickling alone. I glanced at a smiling Chase.
