Chapter 9

Everyone turns to Noah. Even Jeremy turns to him, pretending to be surprised.

"What?" Finn asked.

"You heard me," Noah says, softly.

Everyone has stunned looks on their face, especially Jack.

"I didn't know," Finn said.

Noah looks at him for a moment and then looks away.

"You don't like any of us though, do you?" Chosen asked.

"No, I don't," Noah said.

"Then how did you know?" Millie asked him.

"Well, I guess I just never felt an attraction to girls really."

Millie walks over to him and gives him a hug when she notices him start to tear up.

"Why are you crying?" Millie asked.

"Because, I didn't think you guys would accept me I guess, I-I don't know. This whole thing was a mistake." Noah looks down at his breakfast.

"Noah. Look at me. I will always support you no matter what. You know that, right?"

"Yeah." He wipes a tear from his face.

"Okay, good. Now, if anyone at this table has a problem with Noah being gay, you can get up and leave, because I won't tolerate any hate towards my best friend."

No one leaves.

"That's what I thought." She goes back to her spot and sits down confidently.

"I assume you did this to distract us from what happened last night?" Wyatt asked.

Noah and Jeremy look at each other awkwardly.

"Alright, well I guess Finn has to apologize then, because he was at fault here," Wyatt said.

"Why do I have to-"

Millie gives Finn a death glare.

"Okay, fine. Sadie and Wyatt, I'm sorry. Sadie, I should have never kissed you out of the blue, and Wyatt, I'm sorry for kissing Sadie when your feelings for her were clear," Finn said.

"See? That was a good apology," Wyatt said.

"Apology accepted," Sadie said.

"Now can we just forget about romance for a while and just have fun? While we're all here?" Chosen asked.

"Cheers to that," Jaeden said, raising his orange juice glass.

"Cheers!" Everyone raises their glasses and clinks them together.

"Well, while we're on the topic of admitting our sexuality, there's something I should say," Jack said.

Everyone turns to him, and Noah starts turning red, knowing what he's going to say and knowing that everyone in the house is probably going to ship them now.

"Go on then," Sophia said.

"I'm gay too."

Realization sets in Finn, because he now knows why Jack was upset last night. He has always had this feeling that Jack had a crush on him, but wasn't quite sure until now.

And he feels terrible about it.

"I just want to apologize to Millie, because I was flirting with you a little bit, but I don't actually like you that way," Jack said.

"It's fine, I'll get over it," Millie said, making everyone let out a small chuckle.

"Anyone else need to announce their sexuality this morning?" Chosen asked. Everyone shook their head and laughed again.

And everyone was smiling, laughing, and getting along again, after the disastrous night.
