Chapter 12

The other officer that was waiting in front with them rushed to the back.

"What the hell?" Gaten yelled, then was about to take off running when Caleb grabbed his arm.

"Gaten, we can't just go back there! Are you stupid? What if we get shot too?"

Gaten rolled his eyes. "Fine."

The four officers came out of the back holding six men in handcuffs. No one was bleeding, even though they heard a gunshot. So what just happened?

"Is anyone hurt?!" Caleb exclaimed. 

"No. These idiots only shot to scare us. Everyone's fine," one cop said.

Another cop walked over to them and told them that they were going to take the men down to the station to be questioned. They thanked them and walked inside as the cops drove away.

"Are you okay? We heard gunshots!" Millie exclaimed.

"We're fine. No one is hurt, those guys just tried to threaten the cops by shooting," Caleb said.

"Thank goodness," the gang pulled into a giant hug and Gaten and Caleb exchanged confused looks, but then went along with it.

"So, what shall we do next?" Jack asked.

"Well I'm not sleeping after that whole fiasco, I'm still shaking and my heart is pounding!" Gaten said.

"You're right. None of us are going to sleep well tonight," Jack said.

Everyone nodded in agreement.

"Sooo, we're pulling an all-nighter!" Jack yelled with a giant smile on his face, making all the others smile.

They all ran to the basement, because that's where all the fun happens.

"Holy shit guys! Come here!" Gaten said.

Everyone ran over and they saw a door.

"I've never seen that door before," Jeremy said.

Gaten pulled it open and everyone's jaws dropped.

It was a massive room that they've never even seen before.

Chosen turned on the lights and everyone was in even more shock. There was a massive party room, complete with a dance floor, speakers, and tables. Basically everything you would need to throw the ultimate party.

"We'll go get the snacks!" Millie dragged Sophia and Sadie out of the room and up the stairs.

Sophia quickly grabbed chips and salsa from their fridge. "Millie! I found the chocolate pudding!"

"Nice Stranger Things reference."

Sadie grabbed like 20 packs of fruit snacks.

They rushed back downstairs with their snacks and were confused when they opened the door.

Almost all the guys had their shirts off and the music was blasting while they awkwardly danced.

The guys didn't even notice them there, and the girls were just standing there staring.

"Dang, Chosen is actually pretty cute. Why did I never realize this before?" Sadie said.

"Now you're going to want Chosen? You just got over a fiasco with Wyatt and Finn," Millie said.

Sadie rolled her eyes and smiled. All the guys screamed as they turned and saw them all standing there.

"You guys look like idiots," Sophia said, laughing with the girls.

"Well, you could do the same as we are and join us on the dance floor," Jack said, walking over to the girls and smirking.

"Is this what having a gay best friend is like?" Millie asked, laughing.

"Yep, just helping the dudes get some action," Jack said. The girls all looked at him, shocked that he said that.

"I'm just kidding! Come on girls, at least come dance," Jack said, using his puppy eyes.

The girls put down their snacks and headed out to the dance floor.

After about 5 minutes, Millie realized Jack and Finn were gone.

"Hey guys!"

Caleb turned down the music.

"Where are Jack and Finn?"
