It envelops you
Not like a soft blanket
No no
As rough ropes twisting around your body
They scratch and burn your skin
But soon enough
They slither away
Expect one.
It stayed a little while
Fit nicely around your neck
It was hugging you
But hugging isn't always comforting
So it tried to fly away
But it tightened its grip at the same time
And true darkness,
Envelops you
