Joanna

Toshinori decided to stay with Joanna for the rest of the week. Unfortunately for her, she had to go to school every day, leaving him behind to wander around her empty place, and occasionally the neighbourhood.

"All right you know the drill. You can take whatever you want from the fridge, and you can pretty much use whatever you want in here." Joanna rushed around grabbing her things for school. Toshinori grinned.

"I know. Hey hey, slow down. You're gonna crash into something." He chuckled.

"I can't, I'm gonna be late!" Joanna looked at her clock. Crap. She grabbed her purse and her book bag and rushed to the front door, grabbing her boots and hastily pulling them on. She didn't realize that Toshinori had approached her, and she nearly bumped into him when she stood up.

"Hey." He pulled her close to his skinny torso and hugged her tightly. "Chill." He took her face in his hands and kissed her gently.

Joanna moaned softly as his tongue traced her lower lip. She parted her lips slightly and allowed his tongue to roam around her minty fresh mouth. She sighed into the kiss and wrapped her arms around his long neck.

I love this, his kiss is so good...

Toshinori mumbled against her lips. "Okay okay." He pulled away and smiled at her. "Have a great day Jojo."

"Ah, thanks to you I will." She winked and picked up her things. "Call me if you need something, okay? I'll be sure to grab it for you on my way back."

"Okay. See you later, sweetheart."

Joanna's heart fluttered. He's like a real boyfriend. It's gonna suck so badly when he has to go back home tomorrow. She nodded somewhat absentmindedly and then took off. Toshinori smiled softly and closed the door.

End of the school day

"What's that? Sorry the subway is so loud I can't hear you! Just text me okay?" Joanna struggled to hear Toshinori over the hustle and bustle of people surrounding her. She hung up the phone and prayed that he heard her properly. She got a text almost right away.

Toshi46: bring some strawberries and whipped cream 😏

Joanna shrieked involuntarily, and her hand flew up to her mouth in embarrassment. A few people looked at her, annoyed with her childish shriek, and one person laughed.

She hung her head low, held her phone close to her face and responded.

Jojobear: I hope you're happy, I just shrieked so loudly that people are staring at me 😖

Toshi46: haha awww that's cute ❤️

Jojobear: it is NOT cute!! You're gonna be in so much trouble when I get home.

Toshi46: I can't wait 😘

Joanna grinned widely. I can't believe it. I think we're finally gonna do it.

After a few stops, Joanna got off the subway and crossed the street to get to a nearby grocery store. She hurried inside and grabbed the best strawberries she could find, and found a can of whipped cream. She took her items to the self checkout stations, but the lineup was huge. She looked at the tills with lonely looking cashiers standing by. Joanna sighed.

Ugh, all I need is for someone to judge me for buying strawberries and cream. Crap.

She walked up to a male cashier and handed him her things with a small smile.
