Chapter 16: Smile

Third Person's POV

"Rina had improved greatly than we thought..." The brunette nodded and smiled.

"And that's what makes me more excited to play with her..."Oikawa beamed then his face turned serious and he spoke again.

"But it seems like she's...holding back.I haven't seen that move eversince their first match this morning..."The brunette said and pouted.

"I was excited to see it but it seems like she doesn't plan to use it today..."Then he pouted again crossed his arms.

"Yeah, me too..."

Rina's POV

"Left!!One more!!"

"Azumane-san!!"

I clenched my hands inside my jacket's pocket and watched intently. 'You better make it Asahi-san...' I thought and anticipated for his spike to get in.

"Tsk!It's too close..."I gritted

Asahi-san jumped to push the ball to the otherside,but it was a joust. Bullet of sweats are slowly dripping at my back and forehead.

The ball was then pushed back to our side making the others gasp but Nishinoya-san was able to save it with his foot making us all scream in joy and Hinata was shaking my shoulders making me frown.

"Oi!Stop it!"I gritted and glared at him making him stop.

"One more!!!" The idiots beside me shouted.

"Kageyama Cover!!"

"Hai!!"

Asahi ran back again while watching the ball flew in the air again.Kageyama stood where the ball was falling and got into his tossing form.

"One more!!"Suga-san suddenly shouted behind me.

Asahi-san ran forward again as Kageyama tossed and spiked the ball. The ball didn't went through the block but it flew up and fell over the net.'Tch,What the fuck?'

Daichi-san ran towards it to make sure it didn't fall towards us. But instead of falling on our side, the ball rolled and fell to the Dateko's side. One of the members tried to save it but he was one step late.

The whistle blew and the members of Dateko stood there shocked. I let out a breath of relief and my face returned to it's usual bored look.

They started yelling and the idiots who were once beside me are now running towards the others on the court. Hinata started jumping and here I was,left standing on the warm up zone. Tch, It's just small victory.

I made a yawn and walked towards Uncle but I was then stopped by Yamaguchi who suddenly held my wrist.

"Where are you going?"He asked confused that I wasn't even happy about the victory.

"To Uncle..."I stated plainly making him silent.

"We're going to line up, Come on..."He said suddenly smiling and pulling me towards the court.

"Oi!Let me go!I can walk!!"I screeched as he was pulling me.

We then lined up and shaked hands with the other team. I was shaking hands with the no eyebrow guy and it looks like he keeps analysing with his stare. I held a frown and walked away after shaking hands with him.

When I got back at the Bench, The annoying voices of Hinata and Nishinoya-san suddenly shot my ear making me twitch in irritation.

"You did it Asahi-san!!"Nishinoya-san praised with Hinata beside him.
