YOU CAN'T PICK WHO YOU LOVE

Jessica POV

Jason, Jason, Jason, Jason. It's all I  hear nowadays! I was so sick and tired of hearing that boys name. Kayla had only been dating him for 2 months and she acts like she has just been married to him.

I love the fact the Kayla is happy and has a boyfriend, but, that doesn't mean I wanna talk about him 24-7. I've only met the kid once, but by the way Kayla talks about him, I feel like I know every single detail about him.

Ever since Kayla got her new boyfriend she's changed. We used to hang out all the time just having a great time together. We would be are stupid silly hilarious teenage selves.

Now we barely ever see each other and when we do, all we do is go to the mall and hangout by subway because that's were Jason's day time job is.

She used to  never care about how perfect her hair looked, or how well her top fit, or how short her shorts were. She would just throw her long dark brown hair in a braid, wearing some old t-shirt with cutoffs.

Now it's all about how straight her hair was, how tight her shirt fit around her boobs and how she needed her shorts to be short but not to short cause she didn't wanna come across as a slut.

I don't even know why she changed her apperance. She used to never care what people think about her and she still doesn't.

But she cares what Jason thinks about her. She thinks if she doesn't look perfect all the time then he might just end it with her.

I find that outragous that she thinks if she doesn't look perfect he would dump her. If he really likes her he would not care what she looked like. She would thinks she pretty no matter what.

Well at leasts thats what I've read.

I kind of wish he break up with her though. It's a horrible thing to say, but, I miss my best friend. Everyday I feel like she being torn farther and farther away from me.  It's a terrible feeling knowing you loosing ur best friend to some guy she's only known for two months
