Serena's POV
I wasn't alone this time so don't worry. Bethany is waiting for me at a table. I walked up over to the counter, and smiled at the guy. I order me my coffee, and waited.
"Name?" he asked.
"Serena," I said. I looked over, and Beth gave me smile. We went to a low key coffee shop where we might not be as noticed.
"Serena Grier?" he asked. Dammit. Noticed.
"Yes," I smiled.
"You've grown so much!" he came around the table, and gave me a hug,
"Um I'm sorry do I know you?" I asked.
"No probably not," he chuckled a little, "but I'm your uncle Fazz... umm you met me when you where a baby, but your dad has sent pictures." he smiled, "come sit." he sat me at a near table. I looked at Beth, and shrugged. "here just so you don't think I'm weird,"
He pulled out a picture, and showed it to me.
"Oh you're the guy! I've seen this pic with my dad before." I smiled, and handed it back. It's weird how small of world we live in.
"What are you doing here in L.A.?" he asked.
"My dad sent me away to live with our cousin Chad," I laughed.
"Ah Chad always your dads favorite." he rolled his eyes in a joking manner. He looked at the table, and had a look to his eyes, "it's been 15 years since I've seen your dad." he shook his head.
"You two never talked?" I asked.
"A couple times, but he's never told me any thing about you only a couple pictures." he said.
"That's my dad the guy who shuts out everyone." I said.
"I wouldn't say that," he shook his head, "how is your mom, and brother?" he asked. I guess he doesn't know.
"Umm..." I chuckled. This was awkward.
"She did huh... she walked out?"
"Yes," I looked down, "did you know her?" I asked.
"Yes, marvelous women." he smiled, "what about your brother Troy is he okay?"
"Troy? That's his name..." I smiled.
"Your Father never told you... sounds much like him." he shook his head. He looked down thinking, then looked back up at me.
"What do you know?" I sat up straighter.
"I better get back to work, your coffee won't make its self." he laughed, and walked off.
"Wait!" It was to late already. He entered the back.
"Bethany." I stormed back to her.
"Who was that?" she asked.
"My great long lost uncle." I said, "don't worry though he proved it, remember last night, about my whole family thing?"
"Of course,"
"He exposed my brothers name... now all I need to know is my mothers." I said.
"How do you not know that?" she asked.
"My dad got touchy about it," I shook my head, "I was thirteen when I finally figured out I had a brother, and that was a good birthday present." I rolled my eyes.
