Melissa and Lucinda have barely known each other. They only met each other because of Aphmau. But secretly, Melissa started developing feelings for Lucinda. One night, there was a ballroom dance and Melissa decided to make a move and dance with Luci...
It was the day of the party, December 31st. It was around 6:00 pm, an hour to the party. Melissa was getting ready for the party in the bathroom, while Lucinda was waiting for her in the living room.

Once Melissa came out of the bathroom, Lucinda looked up from her phone and directed her gaze towards Melissa and smiled brightly. "How do I look?" Melissa asked in a tone. "Amazing."
Suddenly, there was a doorbell. Lucinda answered the door and saw Aphmau, Aaron, Kawaii~Chan and Katelyn. "Hey guys!" Lucinda smiled. She stepped out of the doorway to let them in. "Didn't I say that the party starts at 7?" "Weeeellll.....yeah. Buuut we couldn't wait." Aphmau explained very cheekily. "Hehe, it's okay."

It was a party. Everybody was here. They were all either enjoying the food, or the horchata that Sylvanna brought, dancing to the (k)pop music that was blasting, or just hanging around and chatting. There would also be the occasional balloon pops and mini pranks but overall, it was a good party.
But what topped it all off was the countdown.
"Everyone!! It's time to countdown!!" Melissa yelled. Everyone got their party poppers ready and started counting down. "10! 9! 8! 7! 6! 5! 4!" "3! 2!" "1!! Wooooo!!!!!" Everyone popped their party poppers and screamed with joy as the New Year started and Melissa and Lucinda shared a tender and passionate kiss. They pulled away and there was confetti flying everywhere. Everyone was filled with joy to start a new year.
That was definitely the party of the century. And what's best, is that Melissa and Lucinda get to start a new year...together.

So that was the finale! Honestly, that was pretty fun to write. So, the next book is going to be made by Zana~Chan. I may do occasional updates but it's her responsibility now.
