**harry P.O.V**

me and ron were anxiously awaiting the arrivial of the josy and hermionie.

I was bouncing on foot to foot! God, I missed them so much! ron threw a chocolate frog at me "yeesh mate calm down they'll be here soon" I glared at him but opened the frog anyways, I looked at the card and I had dumbledore...again. I probally have 10 cards of him! I decided to read the back anyway

albus dumbledore is known for his partnership with nicholas flemmel the only known maker of the scorcers stone

"RON I FIGURED IT OUT" I yelped I jumped over the back of the couch and landed on his lap, I scrambled off then gave him the card.

"figured what out?" I was about to respond but this voice was a girl voice I turned around and saw hermionie "HERMIONIE!" me and ron both got up and hugged her. "wheres joslyn?" we chourused. she shrugged and walked away I saw a smirk though. me and ron both looked at eachother and went through the portrait hole I was running to the great hall while he was behind me.

"BUBBY!" I heard josy squeal. I whipped around and she was hugging run as tight as she could. ron had to bend down cause she was so short.

she then heard my footsteps and got out of rons hold and leaped into my awaiting arms, her arms locked around my neck and her legs were slightly danging so she was on her tip toes standing on my feet as I held a firm grip around her waist

"I miss you so much" she mumbled into my neck

"I miss you too josy"  she let go of me and smiled.

she took rons hand and then looped her arms through mine as we walked back to the common room. I remembered something though and took her trunk and opened the portrait hole and through the bag in the common room. me and ron dragged her to the library as she groaned "what a welcome back" she rolled her eyes while saying so.

we burst through the door and already found mionie with a book "of course how could I be so stupid! I checked this out a couple of weeks ago for some light reading!" ron scoffed as did joslyn "light reading, you call that light reading?" they said at the same time. I doesnt surprise us anymore cause they do it all the time so do fred and george but I guess its just a twin thing

hermionie rolled her eyes and went back to the book

"of course snape would want it, its an immortality stone, it can make you live forever!"

we all exchanged a glance and sprinted out of the common room.

we went running to dumbledores office but he wasnt there so we went to mcgonagells room "professer we need dumbledore its urgent!" joslyn shouted right when we reached her door.

she looked shocked.

"im sorry but professor dumbledore is a very busy man and got an owl from the ministry of magic requesting him immediately"

ron groaned joslyn looked panic and I was trying to think of a plan "We Know About The Stone!" mionie yelped.

"and someone is trying to steal it!" ron said after

"I do not know how you found out about that stone but I can assure you that it is heavily protected and no one is getting past it" she said stiffly.

we all jogged back to the common room running to mine and rons dorm.

"we need a plan" jos and ron said together. we all nodded

"well we obviously need to save it" I said ron agreed, joslyn looked hesitant "I dont know harry it could be dangrous.." mionie said looking even more unsure than josy

"it gonna be more dangerous if snape gets that stone mionie....im in...tell me what to do"joslyn said looking at me. mionie nodded as well.

"hes going to go after it while dumbledore is gone..so we need to go soon... were going tonight" I said.

there is no way im letting snape get that stone.

"tonight"  we all said together

"meet in the common room with the cloak at 10pm okay?" hermionie confirmed.

this is about to get interesting.
