**harry P.O.V * *

i yawned waking up from my sleep.

the sun light poured in from the window straight at my face making me hiss and flip over so my face was buried in my pillow.

"come on mate, the girls are probally waiting for us" ron shoved my shoulder chuckling.

the thought of seeing joslyn perked me up instantly, I also have lessons with lupin again this afternoon, he's teaching me how to produce a patronus.

I sat up grogilly and checked the clock on the wall.

6:45.

I stood up and got my button up, tie, and jeans.

hogsmead is tomorrow, I was hoping to see if McGonagall or dumbledore could sign my slip. I put on my clothes then my shoes and looked in the mirror, my black hair was tangled all over the place, and my green eyes lay behind my circular glasses. I brushed my teeth, then attempted to comb my hair, but like always, it did nothing.

I grabbed my bag and me and ron went downstairs to the common room.

it was nice to have ron back.

once we reached the bottom of the stairs only hermionie was there and she looked anxious.

"where's joslyn?" i asked she shook her head "i dont know I woke up and she's gone!" she yelped.

just then the portrait hole burst open and joslyn was there belting out the lyrics to a muggle song. I looked closer and, is that, is that an ipod?

she bobbed her head and twirled around accidently knocking into an unexpected 1st year.

ron burst into laughter while I chuckled and hermionie glared at her, obviously mad at her for scaring her this morning.

joslyn stopped singing and helped the kid up.

"I'm so sorry!" she yelled and the first year rolled her eyes walking away. the whole common room was staring at her like she had three heads and all the muggle borns were laughing like crazy.

she crossed the room towards us "what so funny?" she said loudly again. I couldn't help it and burst out laughing, she went to speak again but I put a finger to her mouth and took out the earbuds.

"you were being very loud darling" i said smiling at her fondly, she gently took the ipod from my hands.

"but a 5th year hufflepuff gave it to me and said that no one could hear the music as long as I had these....thingymagigs in" she said playing with the earphones.

ron kept laughing while mionie had her arms crossed with a hard look, and I chuckled.

"yes but they can hear you" i said, her eyes went wide and her mouth formed an O shape.

she is so cute sometimes.

she started blushing madly.

"can we go now.." she mumbled.

ron was still laughing and hermionies glare had not lightened up one bit. I took her hand and led her to the portrait hole.

"OI! shut up" i snapped at a group of 2nd years who were crying of laughter. joslyn sank into my side as I slipped my arm around her waist. her cheeks were bright red.

"oh come off it ronald!" she said making ron stop laughing.

I tightened my hold and gently kissed her forehead making her blush, she is so adorable when she blushes.
