Chapter 20- Over and Over

Me, H, Tomahawk, Vas, and the girls all went to the mall to get a gift for Kyri. We had all been to busy before that we had to go the morning of her birthday. Kat and Naomi instantly went to a place where they had perfumes and lotions along with other girl things. Naomi pulled Vas with her to get a combined gift from the two of them. Tomahawk decided to get her a cute card and a Starbucks gift card, seeing as he didn't know her well.

I didn't know they had a Minecraft store in their mall, so when I walked in I instantly knew what I would get her. They had little figurines and plushies of many Minecraft YouTuber skins. Kyri's was a girl with white hair and a nether star body. Confusing, but it was her skin. Everybody thought I thought she was just Graser's sister or another YouTuber, but before she was in the hospital and before her fight with her either we had done a few Collabs and got to know each other.

I grabbed two KyrStar08 figurines, a Grapeapplesauce, and HBomb94 figurine. We had a store like this where I lived and once for my birthday as a kid I got a Minecraft figurine of the girl steve and original steve. My parents asked them to make a combination of the two with little hearts and flowers.

I used H and Kyri to make a small little portrait with hearts and holding hands sprinting through a flower forest. The Grapeapplesauce and extra KyrStar08 were for her to have.

Julio came to the store to find us and helped H pick out a foam sword to give her. Julio got a stuffed pig to give her along with the Starbucks gift card. He got an iron sword and a diamond pick for her because Julio said he saw her factions and that's all she would use. They had no diamond swords in their base, and that's all she usually used in SG. I didn't know about the pickaxe though.

Why? I couldn't tell you.

We got everything we needed and H left us. I assumed that's not all he would get her but I wasn't sure. We met up with the Naomi, Kat and Vas who had their gift bags and were ready to go.

We walked back to Graser's house and everyone went to edit or record before we went to see Kyri. Bayani, H and Graser all weren't there. Strange. Stacy and Joey were recording together, Vas and Naomi were, Tomahawk was editing, so Kat was the only one.

Kat reminded me a lot of Kyri. She had long brown hair and piercing green eyes. I went up and knocked on Kyri's door, the room she was occupying.

"Yes?" her light voice called through the door.

I cleared my throat. "Its Grape, I was wondering if you wanted to record Cube with me? Since you joined, right?"

She was quiet before coming to open the door and beckoning me inside. "Of course I'll record with you," she said quietly, looking down. "But can I just show you what I found first?"

I nodded. She must have noticed the pained expression on my face because she touched my shoulder lightly and smiled weakly. I relaxed and looked at her black nails with a skull and crossbones on her thumbs. It was interesting that she liked that.

Katrina clicked and opened a bunch of files. Finally she leaned back in the chair. "This is the better of it. She has a bunch of... Depressing images saved on here. It's not good." she closed everything and shut it down. She stood and walked to her bed, where there was a red book. Over Kat's shoulder I could read some of the words. The front said Diary.

On one page i managed to read a few things. Kat flipped through it quickly so I could get a fair look.

"That's not even the worst," she sighed, handing it to me to read. "I was looking at her clothes to see if I wanted anything and then I saw it."

She put so much emphasis on it. I read the book then walked to the closet. She threw open the doors and we saw what we never imagined would be in Kyri's closet.
