♡ Chapter Thirty-Two; Searching for that Stupid Brother. ♡
I was in a big trouble. Actually, if trouble was a car out of control, I would be the stranger that would be standing right in front of it, making jokes about how that car can never hit me.
That’s how stupid I would be, and that’s how big the problem is.
I can’t believe that he just left his sister right between my hands and vanished.
What a great brother.
“Shhh,” I tried to shut her up, looking around for some help. Surely almost all the students were looking at me, and laughing secretly.
I just want to die right now.
Anna and Leah tried to stop themselves from laughing out loud, but it seemed to fail since they were bursting out laughing.
How much energy does this girl have? She didn’t shut up for like a whole five minutes.
That was why I hated kids.
Issac came to me, and took her from my hands. Just when she became right between his arms, she shut up.
What?
“Dude, what the hell?” I frowned, looking at him like he grew a second head. He rolled his eyes.
“She was crying because she was scared, you idiot. You were glaring at her.” I scoffed.
“Whatever. If you like her that much, just keep her with you.” He raised his eyebrow, smirking a little.
“Are you jealous?” I looked away.
“Not really.” I was a little jealous that he could easily solve that problem while I couldn’t do anything.
He snickered, but didn’t say anything, and just looked at me. The little girl seemed to get more attached to him.
“What are you looking at?” I asked. He pointed at her.
“Aren’t you going to take her?”
“Are you dumb? Did you just see what happened now? I couldn’t shut her up for five minutes, and you want me to take her with me to stay for the whole trip?” He shook his head helplessly.
“You are the stupid one here Jodie, have you ever thought why the hell would Adam give you her?” I shrugged.
“To annoy me?” If hands weren’t busy holding the girl, he would’ve probably faced palmed himself.
“You are so stupid sometimes.” He whispered underneath his breath. I was so confused. “Do you think that he will keep his sister with him, with a room full of boys?” Seriously?
“That’s it? So what? She’s just a kid!” Issac was probably losing his patience now, he sighed.
“You won’t understand. Just take her.” I gave Angela a wary look.
After that, Issac left me alone again. The girl seemed to calm down a little bit, and that made me feel relieved.
I hated that I had to take care of Adam’s sister, even though he was right here, and fully functional to take care of his own sister.
