Break

Pisces was still recovering from her fainting spells. She always felt tired. Guarding and protecting the seas was not as easy as it looks. If only she was able to split herself in half so that she would be able to help the other zodiacs, while constantly keep an eye out for her oceans

She thought of Libra

And yet, something was holding her back. She has already asked too much of him. He already had important things to attend to such as balancing the heavens and parting the planets from colliding with each other. However, Libra thought differently. He would give absolutely anything to pisces. He would even offer her the very essence of time itself

As Pisces looked up in the sky, she caught a glimpse of Libra's lean figure. Little did she know, he was smiling right back at her. He took a moment from his work and gently floated down from above, leaving the sound of rustling trees in his wake

Pisces immediately swam the opposite direction. She tried to swim as fast as she can, but Libra eventually caught up. He simply glided over the waters and quickly took a hold of her arm. Pisces knew that she couldn't escape him that easily

Libra slowly laid Pisces' head above his chest, with his heartbeat syncing with hers, she felt safe. But knowing Pisces, Libra, with concern written across his face, gently brushed the side of her hair. He knew that she was hiding something from him

Being the barer of worlds and guardian of the skies, Libra could see almost everything. And so far, he noticed that she wasn't doing so good these past few days. He saw her struggling to keep the bodies of water from clashing with one another. He saw her breaking down as she created the Earth's waterfalls. And above all, he witnessed Pisces' tear manifest into a violent whirlpool. She clearly wasn't doing nor feeling fine. Pisces needed him

But on Pisces' part, she didn't want Libra to know anything. She didn't want to burden him with her problems. And she doesn't want him to end up knowing her troubles

Both elements were exhausted. All they really wanted was to tell each other how much they love one another, but it seems as if they have other plans

Pisces wanted Libra

Libra wanted Pisces, but...

Libra was too hard on himself

Even if Pisces tried her best to communicate with him, Libra felt that he too was having a difficult time. And for the first time in history, Pisces saw Libra, the almighty being of the cosmos, break down

Being timid and ashamed, Libra left without hesitation. He didn't want to do this, but he left her with no other choice. He loved Pisces so much to the point that he needed to let her go so that she wouldn't get hurt as well. In doing this, not only did he shatter her, but he also left a deep scar over her fragile heart

From that day on, the waters of the Earth were constantly at motion. There was always a stir beneath the depths of the oceans. Pisces behavior changed and the other elementals took notice of it. The only being that could bring her back to her true form was weeping from the skies above, worried that his love for her would destroy her
