[The Day They Moved]
Elliot watched as his wife knelt down next to a box that was labeled "baby stuff" and he smiled. This was the first time they were going to live in an actual house and they weren't moving away from their pain, they were moving to a house where their kids could play on real grass and they could focus on family and not the sound of sirens outside of their apartment like they do now.
"How many more boxes of baby stuff do we have?" She asked as she finished taping the one she had in front of her off. She leaned back and looked at me before blushing a bit.
"Why are you smiling at me?" She asked as she tugged her shirt down a bit.
"Because you are beautiful." He replied back to her. She blushed even more at his compliment. It's been a month since Olivia confronted Elliot and now she was in a much better place. She felt more confident about her body and her relationship with Elliot. She was also more confident than ever that for the three weeks they were the most worried about in regards to the twins were going to be the weeks where she is going to be confident and very optimistic about the babies, she wasn't going to worry.
"So, how many more boxes do we have?" She asked as she tried to push herself up off the floor, but as she struggled Elliot noticed. He walked over and helped her up and ran his hand over her bump and smiled as the twins fluttered under his hand.
"We have three more with just baby things. But one is the box with the crib in it because I took it apart."
"Okay. Well, let's take these down to the truck and then we can move the crib down." Olivia smiled, as she placed her hands on the bottom of her bump.
"You won't be moving anything. Sonny is coming over to help more, and he might bring Fin. So you just keep packing and I'll move boxes. I don't want you three getting hurt."

Olivia stood on the sidewalk in front of her new house. She held her stomach as she closed her eyes and started to think. She was imagining the day she and Elliot would bring the babies home. How the house would be lit up when she came home from work, and her babies would be there to run and greet her when they are older. How she'd have a real house to decorate at Christmas time.
"What are you doing, Liv?" Amanda asked as she walked towards her boss. She had stood and watched for a few minutes and could see a smile grow on Olivia's face, and she knew she was happier than she has been before.
"I'm being cheesy." Olivia sighed, as she kept her hands where she had placed them a few moments before, but she turned her head to look at Amanda.
"What? You didn't say anything." Amanda laughed, as she wrapped her arm around Olivia's waist and stared at the house in front of them.
They had started to rent a three-story house, but the basement wasn't really of use to them. They managed to get a house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They had plenty of space for the twins, and Elliot was asking Olivia if they could get a dog also.
"I was just thinking about everything, and how happy I am. Like, I may be getting fat but it's so worth it! I'm having twins, Amanda! Two beautiful babies that will be adorable and sweet." Olivia grinned, as she turned to face Amanda.
"I'm glad that you are so happy, Liv!" Amanda smiled, before pulling her friend into a hug. They hugged for a long moment before Olivia sighed as she saw Elliot standing on the front porch.
"Hey, you two should come in. It's cold out." Elliot spoke, and Olivia sighed.
"We should get going before my old man comes out here." Olivia chuckled, before looping her arm with Amanda's and heading towards the house.

"So, happy now?" Elliot asked as he and his wife laid snuggled together in their bed. Elliot's hand was placed over his wife's bump.
"I am. And I'm feeling like this is a dream that is coming true. I know that we've been saying this often, but I just can't get over it. And once we find out what the twins are, I want to look into how expensive another crib is so we can make their room special. Like get those decals and put their names above their cribs."
"Anything for you, my love." Elliot smiled largely.
"And I want for you to let me take a few more hours so I can help out."
"Babe..."
"Elliot, these are my babies too, clearly. But I want to be able to help you because I don't want you to get worn out and end up not wanting the babies and not being able to be a real Dad to them." Olivia spoke, as she reached up and played with her necklace.
"There is no chance whatsoever that would make me want to not be a Dad to these babies or not want them. We have been trying for almost six years. You've gone through so many shots and I can still see how swollen and bruised your body was from them. I can still see the tears in your eyes every time the test came back negative. Or when you had to go through the pain of labor but we never did come home with one baby."
"Can I please work more, and I will beg so trust me. I will make sure one of the crew members is ready to take a few extra hours so someone is there with me, and then when the babies come home, I can spend more time with them."
"We will see, Olivia. But don't worry about anything. I've got this all covered. And now you need to sleep." Elliot spoke before he kissed her temple gently.
He was the one worrying, not his wife.
Hey guys! So I'm thinking about doing the next chapter as a flashback to them losing the babies and having the adoption fall through. What do you all think about that? Please vote and comment all of your feedback below and thanks! :D
