Q U I N N

We step out of the car to find a furious Jonah staring at us, especially at Zach. " What did I say about this?" He asks Zach calmly.
" Off limits," He says back.

Are they...talking about me?

" Why don't we go inside?" Jason says, trying to lighten the mood.

I smile and grab Jonah's hand, distracting him from possibly nearly punching Zach.

The bright lights everywhere makes me excited as I never really got to experience this kind of stuff before.

Jason starts talking to some guy about the prices and stuff, and I check my phone to see Scarlet's texts asking me where I was.

Why is everyone obsessed as to where I am?

I reply, saying I was out and then see Jonah staring right at me.

" Can you not?I'm literally wearing a hoodie and jeans," I say, looking up from my phone.

" That doesn't matter to me," He says.

" Come on guys!" Zach shouts and grabs my hand from nowhere, taking me to sit with him on one of the bumper cars.

" Let's beat those Hendrix boys," He whispers in my ear with a grin.

Jason and Jonah give Zach a look as we sit down together. " I'll drive," I hear Jonah say to Jason, before Jason retaliates, pushing him out of the way.

Siblings.

I just let Zach drive anyway.

Eventually, Jonah manages to convince Jason that he's gonna drive.

" We're dead," I say to Zach.
" Actually, I'm dead, but that doesn't matter," He says, looking straight in my eyes.
I blush and look straight away.

The bell rings, and from where we are, I can see Jonah's blue eyes light up with fire, and their bumper car starts heading towards us.

Zach turns to the side and dodges them, before turning around and hitting them in the back. " Ha take that!" I laugh.
" Ugh shut up!" Jonah says, before hitting us on the side.

At this moment the rest of the people around us didn't exist, no one else existed, it was just Jonah, Zach, Jason and I.

The game went on for what felt like forever, with Jason and I just holding onto our seats and Jonah and Zach repeatedly charging down each other.

This wasn't just fun.

This was a competition.

And a competition means war.

" Ahhhhh!" I scream as I feel Jonah's bumper car hit my side.
" Sorry Kitten, every person for themselves!" He shouts, staring at our bumper car, and turning for the next impact.

The devil is ruthless. And by the devil, I mean Jonah Hendrix.

Finally, the bell rang, and we got out of the bumper cars and sat down, trying to recover from what just happened.
