Q U I N N
The rest of the car journey was long and silent, except from the odd questions that Valentina kept asking about the car.
" How much was this?" Valentina asks in awe. " Millions," Jonah simply replies.
I took this opportunity to really look at him.
Jonah was very tall and had very obvious muscles on his arms, since he had taken off his blazer. I can bet you underneath that shirt he had a six pack or something.
Why am I thinking about that?
Well, there was no doubt about it, Jonah was extremely sexy, but what intrigued me were his eyes. They were such a deep blue and I melted right into them.
Then I realise Jonah was looking straight into mine.
I quickly turn away to look out of the window.
" We're here," The driver says.
We all get out of the car, Valentina and I first, and then Jonah and Zach. The view in front of me shocks me. Jonah must be so rich. The mansion I am stood in front of is massive, with many men stood outside holding guns.
What have I got myself into?
Jonah and Zach carry on inside as Valentina keeps asking questions to the point I think Zach is going to die.
" Why are you so rich?" She asks Zach. " Jonah is a businessman, and I work for him as his second in command so," Zach answers vaguely.
" Yeah, but what type of businessman, like what do you guys sell?" Valentina asks again. Jonah and Zach exchange a look.
Valentina looks at me as I just nod at her to keep quiet.
" Clarissa! Can you take Valentina and Ivy to their rooms!" Jonah orders.
An elderly woman walks into the room and gives a smile. She already seems very nice.
We follow her and mine and Valentina's rooms are next to each other. As I walk in, I can't believe how soft the bed is, or the curtains and how fancy they are. There's a walk in wardrobe full of clothes.
The best thing is the view, as I step towards the window and pull the curtains apart, I can see the skyscrapers in the distance and many houses before them, and then there's a visible lake after that. Then it all leads down to this house.
