Gilbert was on his was to the cuthberts house, he was excited. Gilbert had never left his house before but he really needed the money so he wouldn't miss the opportunity.
He arrived. It was a really big and beautiful house, nothing compare where he used to live, a small and not really good house.
He knocked the door waiting for someone to come in.
—hi how can I help you?— asked a man, he was tall, more than Gilbert and he had an elegant suit, maybe he worked for the family too.
—hey, I'm gilbert Blythe I got the new job— he said.
—oh yeah ! The new kid, come in the cuthberts are waiting for you— the man told him.
So he came in, the house was even more beautiful inside, it had a lot of elegant stuff, and a lot of pictures of the family too.
He came in a room, a big room. And the cuthberts were there. It was Mr. Benjamin and his wife Marilla.
—Gilbert Blythe ! It's a pleasure to met you— Benjamin said, he looked like a nice man but he was really serious. Anyway Gilbert wasn't there to be his friend he was just there for the work.
—oh Marilla, where is Anne? Tell her to come here right now— Benjamin said.
The cuthberts couldn't had kids so they adopted a girl a long time ago, she was Anne Shirley.
—sure Benjamin wait a moment— Marilla said and went out of the room to find Anne.
——————————————————————-
Anne was on her room listening to her cds. She didn't care about the new guy, why would she care? He was only there to work, she'll barely speak to him. That's what she thought.
— Anne Shirley Cuthbert come here right now— Marilla told her.
—I don't want to !! Why I have to met that stupid boy— Anne said, she didn't care about him.
—Anne don't be mean, and it's not a question you have to come— Marilla said, and left the room waiting for her to come.
Anne had no option so she went out of her room, went down stairs and enter to the office where Gilbert was at.
When she enter to the room, the first thing that she could see was him, with his beautiful eyes and curly hair. Oh god he was a dream.
—hi, I'm Anne, Anne Shirley Cuthbert— she said.
When Gilbert saw her he was out of words, she looked so beautiful with her fancy dress, and her red hair, and she had a beautiful green eyes, you could loose yourself in those eyes.
—hey, uh hi I- I'm Gilbert Blythe. It's a pleasure to met you— Gilbert was confused.
—A pleasure to met you too— Anne said.

Gilbert got installed on his room. He also met some men's that work in the house too.
He thought this job will have all his attention.
But all that he could think about was that beautiful red hair girl.

The next morning he got breakfast with the cuthberts and some other people.
—in your first week you will have time to visit some places, and get to know your work mates.
We also have some rules in this house but we will talk about that later.
—I can show you around— Anne said, she was feeling weird since she met Gilbert, for some reason she only wanted to know more about that boy.
—absolutely not Anne, you can stay here reading— Marilla said, they were so strict with Anne.
—mom I have nothing to read and also, how could he know the town if he goes alone? He could get lost, so?— Anne said.
—Fine you can go, but Gilbert are you fine with that?— Marilla asked him.
—i guess it's okay, it would help me— he didn't care if they went to see the town or not he only wanted to spend time with Anne.
—we should go now— Anne said and got up of her chair, Gilbert did the same.
