Chapter 5

What they didn't know was that Jungkook and Yoongi was still watching.

Yoongi gritted his teeth, "that ass."

"Chill. He has nothing compared to you, look at him."

"He's a fucking prince too."

"So what, did he save Jimin from a fucking wolf that is trying to eat him, healed him from the injuries by bringing him to the witch, cares about him like you do."

"You don't know that he didn't—"

"Bro, look at him, He looks like a pussy."

"Jimin literally just said he wasn't going to fall in love with me."

"Hyung?! Are you that stupid?! He was definitely just flustered, sooner or later Hyung he's gonna be head over heels for you."

Yoongi sighed, "sure... let's go."
He scoffed out unintentionally.

Jimin's POV
I purposely slipped my hand out of Hoseok's grip.

He turned his head behind.

I grabbed Tae's hand and power walked towards our castle.

"Thanks Hobi!"
I put a hand behind my head and waved without looking at him.

But I could feel that he was pouting.

He's just like that.

"Jimin. Come here!"
Our dad bellowed.
Or he was just talking normally.
He talks like that.

"Yeah?"

"Sit."

"O-okay..."

"Tae maybe you too."
He said suddenly when he saw Tae sneaking towards his room.

He sighed, "okay."

"So... well... you know soon, I won't be able to rule the kingdom."

I widened my eyes.

This is not what I think it is—

"I'll need you to get married. Man or woman I don't care you need to rule this kingdom."

"W-why?! Can I rule the kingdom myself?! Like you!"

"Don't argue with me. I used to rule with your mom, she died and it's different."

"But you still ruled yourself!"

"I don't care."

"Dad plea—"

"Your marriage is next week."

"WHAT?! WHO?!"

"Hoseok. He's a prince, you know him. He's the perfect guy."

"WHAT THE FUCK DAD I DONT LOVE HIM!"

"Watch your mouth. And I don't care. You better get ready for it."

"PLEASE NO DONT DO THIS DAD PLEASE!!"

"I don't want to hear it. I don't care if you love anyone else, there are no other princes. Hoseok is the only one. You'll be happy with him."

"NO! I WONT! IM NOT GETTING MARRIED TO MY FUCKING BEST FRIEND!"

"Yes you are. Hoseok has feelings for you. I don't want to hear it anymore. Taehyung please bring him to his room."

"NO DAD YOU CANT DO THIS!"
I cried out loud.

"Jimin... lets go..."

"TAE YOURE GONNA LET HIM DO THAT?!"

"Let's go."

In the end, I gave up. My body was weak with shock, sadness and anger.

Once we reached my bedroom, Tae sat me down on my bed and hugged me.

"I'm so sorry Jimin..."

I started sobbing into his shoulder.

"Why Hobi?! Marrying my bestfriend is the weirdest thing!"

"I know... maybe there's a way we can fix this."

"There's no w-way!"

I cried until I eventually got tired and fell asleep.

Midnight, 12am. I woke up.
Tae was still sleeping beside me and I slipped out of his embrace and sat up.
I sobbed into my hand, I replayed the scene in my head...

Hoseok has feelings for me?!

I got out of bed and grabbed a cup of water for my dry throat.

With tears still dripping down, I rushed out of the castle and into the forest alone.

I went to my normal spot as my legs died out.

I hugged my knees and sobbed into them.

Yoongi's POV
I was roaming around the forest when I heard sobs.
"Jimin?! Are you okay?!"

Jimin's POV
"Jimin?! Are you okay?!"
I lifted my head as I watched Yoongi transformed back to human form.

I rushed up and tightly pulled him into embrace.

I backed away instantly, realising what I just did, "I'm s-sorry."

"Nono! It's okay. What's wrong?"

"I-I- I'm s-s—"

He brought in another embrace.

"I-I-I... I'm being f-forced i-into a m-marriage."
After I finished the sentence I cried harder, "and... a-and it's w-with my b-bestfriend... Hoseok."

"And you don't want that?"

"NO! NEVER! I don't want it! It's next week, the wedding... I JUST WANT TO RUN AWAY!"

"Jimin... you know you can't."

"I really wish I could..."

"You should really get back."

"I-I don't want to."

"Come on..."

"O-okay..."

He pulled me to the castle and I weakly pretend to go in. But I just sat beside the gate.

Then I suddenly saw him move into my sight, "Jimin you can't fool me."

"HEY! W-what are y-you doing here?! Someone's g-gonna see you!"

"I don't care, get in."

I sighed.

I let another roll of tear drop down my Chin before slowly making my way in and made my way to my room.

Tae was still asleep, thank god.

I turned the lights on for a moment and looked out the window where I could see the forest.

I saw Yoongi standing there, staring at me. another tear rolled down my cheek unintentionally as I waved to him.

"Jimin? What are you doing?!"
Tae stood up rubbing his eyes.

"I-Uh... just wanted to c-calm down... the forest helps me."

"You're still crying?!"

"N-no... Maybe."

I wiped my tears with my sweater and jumped back into bed.

"Goodnight."

Tae sighed, "I'll be in my room."

I gave him a thumbs up before he turned off the lights for me.

Eventually I fell asleep.
